Tender For Maintenance And Repairs To Lt Ug Network And Repair / Replacement Of Lt Busbar Panels Under Ge (Af) Bidar; 2 Isolate/de-energize the supply to LT Panel Board of capacity ranging from 200 Amps to 2000 Amps and voltage 415 Volts/230 Volts, opening doors/covers of cubicle enclosure carrying out necessary/ required servicing/maintenance/repairs for efficient functioning of the Panel Board, switch gear, metering etc and re-fixing the same after repairs including testing and commissioning of the panel board including carrying out following:-a) Cleaning inside switch gear chambers, removing dust, carbon and rusted surfaces cleaning with blower and applying insulating varnish.b) Checking condition of DMC/SMC support insulators cleaning and applying Dr beck red for better IR values and replacement of insulators if required. c) Tightening of all bus bar connections, cable connections, replace bolt, nuts wherever required.d) Repair/welding rates shall also to be incl in the loosen compartments to close properly.e) Minor Repairs / welding wherever required shall be done to ensue proper opening and closing of compartment / Panel board.Cost of welding shall be included in quoted rate of this item.Note : Contractor has to inspect site before quoting. Any modifications/frame work required shall and deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Spares will be measured and paid under relevant items of schedule separately. 3 Disconnecting LT supply, opening cable box chamber from outdoor/indoor LT panel of any size not less than 1 x1 mtr (LxW), removing burnt out lugs from LT switch gears/MCCB/MCB of any capacity and size (incoming/outgoing switch gears upto 08 Nos), cleaning of bus bar, terminals with CTC solutions, insulating the bus bar by tapping color codes and making connections complete with necessary nut, bolt, washers, timbles and links of existing size, refixing all switchgears after repair/maint/servicing and welding the hinges/doors complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for removal of faulty cable from both ends of LT termination from transformer after meggaring and identifying the fault location by cable fault indicator or by any means deemed fit with necessary earth work and jointing the cable to serviceable condition complete all as specified and directed by Engr-InCharge.Note: i) Earth work for removing cable. laying and necessary joint material measured and paid separately under relevant items of the schedule.ii) Skilled operator/instruments involved for positioning the cable fault location Note: Supply only new switchgears shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. 40 Taking out faulty underground 1100 volt grade LT cable of size upto 300 sqmm 3.5 core/4 core after excavation, and removing bricks/covers of any size and relaying serviceable cable in the same trenches or rerouting after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new covers as required complete all as specified and directed.Note:i)New LT cable required to replace fault portion, joints, cable protectionshall be measured and paid separately under respective items of the schedule.2.
