1SMART PERIODICALS (EXTERNAL) Note:-The contractor shall submit the MOU before quoting the tender for item no: 01 to 06 Ref:Terms and condition Appx-F & G
2M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping of walls, chajjas, ceilings, fins, facias etc. Using mechanical means like mechanical sander etc. with internal dust extraction system including expose sound substrata for further surface preparation for smart periodicals prior to painting work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
3M&L for applying a layer of acrylic crack filler paste or similar material which can fill upto 5 mm cracks after widening cracks in V Groove by using scrapper blade or angle cutter, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
4M&L for Providing and applying waterproof wall putty (cement-based or polymer-modified as approved) in two or more coats over prepared plastered surface to achieve smooth, even finish surface suitable as required for uniform application and curing as per manufacturer’s instruction, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
5M&L for applying with 1or 2 coats of acrylic waterproof primer coating which is formulated with acrylic polymers having crack bridging ability of upto 1mm, tensile strength of 1.8 mpa, 100% elongation and can withstand upto 5 bars hydrostatic pressure to provide better mechanical strength and adhesion to the surface in Camouflaging Pattern as per new Sigma pattern generated by Station Authority and RGB Values variation from 110 to 171 by using 4 to 5 colour shades as per approved pattern at a height n.exc 25 mtr complete all as per manufacturer\"s instruction by using full automatic air less spray machine. Priming work to be carried out post all repair and preparatory works including cleaning the surface from loose particles, dust and other foreign materials using water by pressure washer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
6M&L for applying 2 coats of modified acrylic exterior emulsion having excellent scrub and peel resistance, superior whiteness, excellent finish, resistance to fading of colours, advanced anti-fungal and algal protection against all round weather in Camouflaging Pattern as per new Sigma pattern generated by Station Authority and RGB Values variation from 110 to 171 by using 4 to 5 colour shades as per approved pattern at a height n.exc 25 mtr ,complete and paint performance of Min. 3 Years so as to obtain an acceptable finish all as per manufacturer\"s instruction by using full automatic air less spray machine, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
7REGULAR PERIODICALS (EXTERNAL)
8M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls , concrete surface or unplastered surface by using manually or mechanically as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
9M&L for 2 mm thick wall care putty apply in two layers on walls, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
10M&L for2 mm thick wall care putty on ceiling chajja bottom portion, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
11M&L for preparing surface of Walls or concrete surface applying two coat of All Weather Exterior Emulsion Paintsin Camouflaging Pattern @ 1.43litre/10 Sqm as per new Sigma pattern generated by Station Authority and RGB Values variation from 110 to 171 by using 4 to 5 colour shades as per approved pattern at a height n.exc 25 mtr, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.Note : The % of thecolours may change without any financial effect.
12M&L for preparing old decorated surface of Walls or concrete surface applying two coat of All Weather Exterior Emulsion Paints with necessary putty in Camouflaging Pattern @ 1.43litre/10 Sqm as per new Sigma pattern generated by Station Authority and RGB Values variation from 110 to 171 by using 4 to 5 colour shades as per approved pattern at a height n.exc 25 mtr, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.Note : The % of thecolours may change without any financial effect.
13M&L for preparing old decorated surface of Walls or concrete surface applying one coat of All Weather Exterior Emulsion Paints with necessary putty in Camouflaging Pattern @ 0.90litre/10 Sqm as per new Sigma pattern generated by Station Authority and RGB Values variation from 110 to 171 by using 4 to 5 colour shades as per approved pattern at a height n.exc 25 mtr, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.Note : The % of thecolours may change without any financial effect.
14Taking down cement plaster on brickwalls, concrete surface, etc including Racking out joints hacking to key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
15M&L for renderingon concrete/brick surfaces 15mm thick in CM 1:4 (externally) finished even and fair at height upto 10 mtr, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
16M&L for Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed with Coarse Sand and Cement in the Ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
17M&L for preparing new or un-decorated surface of walls or concrete surface applying two coatsof All Weather Exterior Emulsion Paints in camouflaging pattern @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coats of Exterior Primer of same make applied @ 0.90 litre/10sqm as per new Sigma pattern generated by Station Authority and RGB Values variation from 110 to 171 by using 4 to 5 Color shades as per approved pattern at a height n.exc 25 mtr, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.Note : The % of the colours may change without any financial effect.
18M&L for Preparation of old surfaces of ceiling /bottom chajja portion by scrapping down smoke ,soot, and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greys spots, brooming down or steel wire brushing removing nails making good holescracks etc on plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
19M&L for preparing old decorated surfaces of roof of any type applying one coat of all Weather Exterior Emulsion Paints with necessary putty in Camouflaging pattern @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm as per new Sigma pattern generated by Station Authority and RGB Values variation from 110 to 171 by using 4 to 5 Colour shades as per approved pattern at a height n.exc 25 mtr, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.Note : The % of thecolours may change without any financial effect.

21M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint a height n.exc 25 mtr including removing and fixing of bird net wherever required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
22M&L for preparation of old corrugated, semi corrugated/ plain steel surface of any description as on sloped roof , wall/cladding surface over 10cm width or girth and applying Two coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over a coat ofpriming coats of same make applied @ 0.90 litre/10sqm new Sigma pattern approved by the Station Authority and RGB Value variation from 110 to 171by using 4 to 5 Colour shades as per approved pattern at a height n.exc 25 mtr as per sample approved by GE including new/old zinc (or galvanised) surfaces to receive painting, by coating with mordant solution and washing and cleaning, etc wherever required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 23M&L for preparation of old corrugated, semi corrugated/ plain steel surface of any description as on sloped roof , wall/cladding surface over 10cm width or girth and applying a coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm as per new Sigma pattern generated by Station Authority andnew Sigma pattern approved by the Station Authority and RGB Value variation from 110 to 171by using 4 to 5 Colour shades as per approved pattern at a height n.exc 25 mtr, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.Note : The % of the colours may change without any financial effect.
24S&F 110mm dia bore PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with clamps, including taking out of old pipe (sewage/rain water/any type), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.Note:- Quoted rate shall deemed deemed to include cost of scaffolding or ladders etc required for approaching for repair work.
25S&F in repair 110mm bore PVC(SWR) bends any radius, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
26M&L for repairing of RCC projections, chajjas,roof fascia etc and necessary preparation ,scraping, cutting, chiselling de-rusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surface of damaged, loose RCC surfaces with crushed stone aggregates and reinforcement with expended metal/welded mesh of weight exc. 2kg per sqm but n.exc 3kg per sqm with or without facia and finished with cement and sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand and work in patches area n.exc 75 mm including necessary form work and two coats of all weather exterior emulsion paints in camouflaging pattern @1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coats of exterior primer of same make applied @0.9 litre/10 sqm as per site condition matching with the existing surfaces, work in building at any height, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.Note: Welded mesh of bars/TMT bars to be paid separately.
27M&L for 24 gauge chicken wire mesh for plastering work at joints of wall & beam Rcc etc, of10 mm to 13 mm opening dia size, fix with nails, screws or supporting arrangement as required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
28TMT bars 10 mm dia, and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips quality confirming to Fe-410-S or Fe-410-O, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
29M&L for removing of bushes upto 10 cm dia trunk, grass from roof top, racking out joints/pointing to brick tiles and flash pointing in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
30Demolition of cement concrete in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
31M&L for providing cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate for providing slope, roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered edges, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
32M&L for 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:3, laid on roof, mixed with water proofing compound when concrete is green, @ 200ml per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.Note:-Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.
33Supply only liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
34M&L for complete removal of existing treatment, including preparing old decorated surface of (complete portion from top to bottom) walls or concrete surface and steel surfaces including top, bottom, piller portion and railing etc ofOHT (over head tank)at a height n.exc 35mtr applying two coatsof All Weather Exterior Emulsion Paints in camouflaging pattern @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coats of Exterior Primer of same make applied @ 0.90 litre/10sqm as per new Sigma pattern generated by Station Authority and RGB Values variation from 110 to 171 by using 4 to 5 Color shades as per approved pattern and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide painton steel surfaces of any description, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.Note:- (i)The % of the colours may change without any financial effect.
35Note:- For item No 02 to 34 The rate quoted by the contractor, following shall be included:-(i) Cost of scaffolding, other required arrangements andmechanical eqpt etcwill be provided by the contractor and cost included in the quoted rate.(ii) Original Vouchers of all material should be provided.(iii All safety measures should be followed as per contract provision.
