No addition of Lead , Mercury and Chromium , having the VOC of 70 – 75 gm /L, should have the gloss level of 20- 25 at 60 degree on a glass plate when released at 300 micron DFT applied by Box Coater and 4 to 5 colour shades as per approved pattern as per sample approved by GE completefor smart periodicals, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.Note:- The tendered shall take into consideration for the following points while quoting the rates :-(i) The % of thecolours of paint supplied may change without any financial effect.(ii)The rate is included one prime coat and one coat of paints with cost of DIY preparation as per manufacturer instructions.(iii) All the material which is required to carryout above mentioned work have to be deposit in the store of AGE B/R -II Sub Divn and same will be issued to contractor on daily basis as per requirement for carrying out the work. |
