Tender For Additional / Alternator To Old Sho Complex And Arboriculture Works At Hlh At Af Stn Dinjan Under Ge (Af) Mohanbari; 1 Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deepa dn averaging 15cm deep and geeting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for 100mm cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) for sub base complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges of tiled path complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy finish any shape & size with grey cement & pigment conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed. Note: -(a) The make, colour shade, size & pattern of paver blocks shall be approved by GE in writing before procurement.(b) Blocks shall be laid from one end keeping gap of 1 to 2mm between blocks and the gap shall be filled with sand complete all as specified and directed. 7 Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish oo the premises complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tiles exc 0.42 Sqm but n.exc 1.00 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in near cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm cable PVC insulated and unsheathed copper multistranded conductor (FRLS) 1100 Volts grade cable (red colour cable to be used for Phase connection and black colour cable to be used for neutral connection) including PVC concealed conduit with all accessories including 1.5 Sqmm copper multistrand conductor FRLS 1100 volts grade unsheathed PVC insulated (green colour) continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly and sunk cast pressed steel terminal box made out of MS sheet 1.2 mm thick for mounting of fittings like switch, socket and fan regulator with 3mm thick hylum laminated sheet cover complete all as specified and directed. 10 Light/ fan / exhaust fan/ bell point 11 S&F for ceiling rose 3 phase/ PVC/ polycarbonate, isolated body, surface type with ISI marked complete all as specified and directed. 12 S&F for switch piano flush type 5/6 Amps, 240 volt single pole one way complete all as specified and directed. 13 S&F for step type electronic fan regulator flush type 230 volt 5 speed control and connecting up and fix position complete all as specified and directed. 14 S&F for ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods and accessories 230volt, 1200 mm sweep, min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE, five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and directed. 15 S&F for exhaust fan, steel body AC single phase, 230 Voltof size 300mm sweep 1400 RPM and min air delivery 1850m3/h with blades and frame and louvers complete all as specified and directed. 16 Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/ outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5TR complete all as specified and directed. 17 S&F for factory made sheet metal enclosure with single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete including one MCB, SPN, 20 Amps, 240 volts KA complete all as specified and directed. 18 S&F for voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase neutrally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 130 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of + 2.5% and capacity 4 KVA complete all as specified and directed. 19 Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep to soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 20 Supply and stacking of good approved earth from out side of MOD land including laying of stacking earth complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Earth manure stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment. 21 Supply and staking of dump manure screened through sieve of IS designation 16mm complete all as specified and directed. 22 Mixing and spreading of approved earth with dump manure in required thickness as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. 23 Supply and planting of land scaping with Barmudas/ American grass/ carpet grass with necessary manure and earth including all material and labour with tranportation charges etc, regular watering shall be done and dead grasses to be removed after plantation as required including maintenance of lawn after planting for entire period of completion of work complete all as specified and directed.Note: - Cost of manure & earth shall be paid separetely. 24 Provision of Jhau (Casuarina equisetifolia) trees of minimum 1200mm high from ground and planting suitably in a digged hole of 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.6m and refilled with mixture of good approved earth and manure including all material and labour with transportation charges etc complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Cost of manure & earth shall be paid separetely. 25 Material and labour laying well burnt old sizebricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.
