| 1 | Material and labour for spot cheking serviceabilityof ceiling fan, exhaust fan, wall mounted fan,pedestal fan,and ensure all accessories like splite pin,fan hook,rubber,clamps nut and bolt,down rod etc and refixing the appliances after the checking/servicing or replacement of accessories,as required complete all as specified anddirected.Note:-(i) The work shall be carried out in occupied quarters and the part(split pin,fan hook, rubber bush) replace will be deemed under quoted rates.(ii)The work shall be carried on specific numbered docket issued by Engr-in-Charge/JE and after checking of servicability/repair,contractor shall obtained the sign of the user and return the docket for payment action.(iii)All tools and plants required for the work shall be arrange by the contractor. |
| 2 | Taking down ceiling fan/Exhaust fan /wall monted fan/pedestal fan of any make and sweep,cleaning externally and internally. Stripping out the fans, examine the unserviceable spares/ burnt winding by testing, cleaning and lubricating bush/ bearings. Refixing the fans in same position after necessary repairs/ servicing including carring out the replacement worn out parts, body covers, screws, spilt pins nuts condensor and flexible wire copper conducter from ceiling fan to ceiling rose etc complete all asspecified and as directed.Note: (i) The partsreplaced will be measured under relevant item as \"Supply Only\"(ii) All tools and plants required for the work shall be arrange by the contractor. |
| 3 | Removing defective winding and rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge and weight as per manufactures design and instructions including insulating materials and varnishing of ceiling fans/flame proof ceiling fan of of size 1200/ 1400mm sweap of any make and re-assembling testing complete and refixing to the location including replacement of flexible copper wire from ceiling rose to ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | All as per serial item number 3.00 here-in-before but exhaust fan/flame proof exhaust fan of size 300/380 mm sweep. |
| 5 | All as per serial item number 3.00 here-in-before but exhaust fan/flame proof exhaust fan of size 400/450 mm sweep. |
| 6 | All as per serial item number 3.00 here-in-before but pedestal/Wall mounted/Air circulator fan of size 400/450/600 mm sweep. |
| 7 | Supply and fix rubber bush for shackle with bolt, nut and lock pin suitable for Ceiling fan 1200mm / 1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | Supply only following spare parts of ceiling fan of 1200mm / 1400mm sweep,exhaust/wallmounted fans of different make required as per the makes of existing fans as required at site or in winding shop complete all as specified anddirected:- |

| 13 | Supply and fix Condenser (capacitor) 2.5 MFD, 440 Volts, AC 50 Hz as per IS 1709 suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed. |
| 14 | Supply and fix Condenser (capacitor) 3.15 MFD, 440 Volts, AC 50 Hz as per IS 1709 suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | Supply and fix Condenser 4 MFD, 440 Volts, AC 50 Hz as per IS 1709 suitable for exhaust fan 300/380/450 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed. |
| 16 | Supply and fix down rodof length appx (3 Feet) by removing and refixing of any type of ceiling complete all as specified and directed. |
| 17 | Taking down ceiling fan from fan hookand disconnecting electric connection from ceiling rose to fan with existing down rod and refixing/hanging of ceiling fan after replacement of old ordinary fan rod with new anti suicide fan rod including provision of suitable cable as per existing from ceiling rose or connector to fan & proper electrical/mechanical connections complete all as specified and directed. |
| 18 | Supply and fix fan hook made out of MS Flat/round bar of suitable size with nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed. |
