Tender For Repair To Profile Roof Sheeting, False Ceiling And Other Connected Repairing Works In Tech Area At Af Stn Naliya; 1 Dismantling structural steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed. 2 Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) or steelsheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed. 3 Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed. 4 Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations and mass concreting complete all as specified and directed. 5 Supply and fix roof trusses (framed), trussed,purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats,gusset plates,wind ties etc of Fe410- W(GdeE-250) quality-B complete all as specified and directed. 6 Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long, diameter of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed. 7 Supply and fixsteel work in tubular trusses medium class including special shaped washer etc.complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1979 grade st 240 complete all as specified and directed. 8 Supply and fixpre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified 9 Supply and fixpre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. 10 Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surface over a coat of red oxide of any description over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supply and fix stairs (framed) including stringers, treaders, landing balusters, hand rails including cleats brackets etc of Fe-410 -W (Gde -250 quality -A)complete all as specified and directed. 12 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete all as specified and as directed. 13 Material and labourfor 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on ceiling surface finished fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 14 Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 15 Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed. 16 Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls (upto 15 metre height) and applying 3mm thick wall care putty and two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. 17 Dismantling wall & ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed. 18 Supply and fix solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications complete all as specified and as directed. 19 Supply and fix 5mm thik PVC sheet fillets of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on wall to make PVC frame as per specifications complete all as specified and as directed. 20 Supply and fix aluminum snap grid powder coated frame work for false ceiling, size of grid 605 x 605mm along with 4mm dia mild steel wire class 3 as in suspenders complete all as specified and directed. 21 Supply and fix 10mm thick PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium/G.I./M.S. as per specifications complete all as specified and directed. 22 Supply and fix gypsum board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of aluminum complete all as specified and directed. 23 Material and labour for exposed metal frame ceiling with 8 to 10 mm thick calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600mmx600mm grid complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule. 24 Material and labour for 10-12 mm thick mineral fiber sound absorbing ceiling sheetfor false ceiling includingfor fixing in 605mmx605mm grid complete all as specified and ditrected.Note :- Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule. 25 Dismantling fencing wiremesh ,any type in any position and removing the material from site to outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed. 26 Supply and fix in repair 3.15mm diaplain mild steel wire, galvanised class 3, in detached work such as for IR netting & similiar work includingstraining and fixing to wood, concrete or steel posts and/or to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and as directed.Note :- Each line of wire shall be measured for payment. 27 Supply and fixfor PVC coated fabric fencing mesh of size 50mmx50mm made of GI wire of dia 3mm to achieve outer dia not less than 4mm in required colour and shade fixed and placed on GI wire as in covering for technical blds to existing steel or new steel post complete all as specified and directed.
