Tender For Certain B/R And E/M Works In Technical Area And Certain Units Under Ge Gurdaspur.; 1 Demolition of framedtimber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position all as directed. 2 S&F roof trusses (framed), purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings, heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc usingFe 410 -W (GdeE- 250 qualiy-A) complete all as specified and directed. 3 Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed. 4 S&F in repair pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering / clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screw as specified. 5 Demolition of reinforced cement concrete(reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed. 6 Form work to rough finished surface of concrete flat to soffits ofshelves, chajja, fins, cover slab and similar work,including supports over hangs complete all as specified and as directed. 7 Material and labour for mild steelTMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) notless than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed. 8 M&L for RCC in 1:1.5:3, type A-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in chajjas facia, shelves, cover slab etc and similar work complete all as specified and as directed. 9 Demolition ofcement concrete (unreinforced)in ground gloors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete and sub base of floors to raise level complete all as specified. 11 M&L for 60mm thick M-35 grade pre castmachine pressed concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 fixed with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed. 12 M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed 13 M&L for perforated particle board/tiles 12 mm thick for insula-tion and accousticpurposes, 60x60 cm in size, fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid fixed in ceiling incl dismantling of existing board with frame work complete all as specified and directed(Note:-Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately). 14 S&F hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length 0 adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40X3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long incl anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling all as specified and directed. 15 Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, laying of cable etc for shafts , wells and man hole etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified. 16 M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed . 17 M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, benching, apex stone, bed plate, kneelers complete all as specified. 18 M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type B-2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) in surface channels and drainsand similar work complete all as specified and as directed. 19 M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cm 1:4 on bricksurfaces other than fair faces, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed . 20 Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Returning filling with approved soil, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming, filling in layer not exc 25 cm each layer complete all as specified 22 Removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point. 23 M&L for preparaton of bituminous/concretesurfaces of roads and marking 1.25mm thick centre line, stop lines dashes, arrows and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements, with hot applied thermo plastic road marking yellow /white paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed. 24 M&L for preparation of concrete surface exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 25 Cleaning with Nano bio wash the existing surface of concrete and reinforcements by wire brush including scrapping and cleaning with emery paper or by air blasting or sand blasting incl foreign matrials, loose concrete/ aggregate etc and washing down with water as required complete all as specified and directed. 26 M&L for crack repairing : openthe crack, applying Nano shorter chain, high penetration flexible, water resistance base (2) active part (1) : Nano 611% flexible powder (3), complete all as specified and directed. 27 Providing and applying Nano water base elastomeric finish two coats over one coat of Nano water base elastomeric primer not containing toxic materials like Pb, Cr, Zn, biocides/ organocides having defect free nano particles with inhibiting characteristic having bacteria killing rate above 40% and high anti-fungal properties with supper hydrophobic properties with contact angle of water more than 750 with elongation (stretch ability) of more than 300% in a nano- structured self assembled dispersion system with VOC level of less than 1%, 40 micron DFGT of top coat including scaffolding, surface preparation, cleaning etc complete as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 28 M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in ready mix mortar incl demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed. 29 Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints etc all as specified and directed. 30 M&L for rendering 15mm thick with ready mix mortar of any size of approved makes on brick or concrete surfaces of walls, finished surface even and fair upto ht 12mtr complete all as specified and directed. 31 M&L for providing pre-cast PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings set and jointed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 32 M&L for disconnecting from main supply, dismantling and taking down existing reduction gear box with device from EOT crane of 5 ton capacity hoist/ CT/ LT motion traverse for carry out replacedment of following unserviceableparts/ carry out misc repairs to gear box, oil leakage and refixing the gear box after checking alignment of brake drum and motor, motor and gear box in existing position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The repair shall include following :-(a) Renewal of the worn out shaft seals and bearing. (b) Renewal of internal cover gasket.(c) Renewal of unserviceable gear coupling with nuts and bolts complete. (d) Renewal of worn out driving/ driven gears gaskets of capacity not exc05 ton. (e) Allminor spares including gaskets, keys, nuts, bolts etc. (f)Spares like driving/ driven gears, oil/ shaft seal, bearings.(g) Gear oil. (Note :- All the items as mentioned at Srl No (a) to (g) are deemed to be included in item rate quoted by Contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Contractor is advised to visit site before quoting the rates). 33 S&F electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element 2 KW capacity 25 litre capacity, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safty valve, thermostate, NRV, PVC connectionetc complete all as specified and directed. 34 S&F post top lantern LED type 40 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP-65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed. 35 M&L for MS framed work of angle or other sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including one coat of red oxide primer and two coats ofsynthetic anamel paint for ladders of EOT crane complete all as specified and directed. 36 S&F LED flood light 210 watt 230 Volt AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP-66 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp all as specified and directed. 37 S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluiminum conductor 4.0 sqmm, served with inner sheathing of PVC taps and overall PVC sheathing in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, twin core cable circular complete all as specified and directed. 38 A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/ dismantled items has been catered for in the tender.The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES.The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit Rs. 34,400/- from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
