Tender For Urgent Repairs And Replacing Damaged Doors And Strengthening Of Staircase/Mumty Of Type Iv Sq Block In Mw Compound Kaloor.; 1 Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge 2 50 mm average thickness 3 Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 4 Bars upto 12 mm diameter 5 Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2). 6 25 mm average thickness in 2 layers. 7 ANTI CORROSIVE COATING: Supply andapplication of anti corrosive chemicals one or more cots of “NITO Zinc Primer” over the exposed steel reinforcement as per manufactures specification including removing the rust, scales with wirebrush/emery cloth or by mechanical buffing wheel/air and water jet etc at all heights including all materials and labour charged by engineering in Charge 8 Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. 9 Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make. 10 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 11 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 12 Providing and fixing0.5mm thick GIMESH of 12.5x12.5mm square on on ceiling bottom using steel nails and washers as additional reinforcement etc complete 13 Providing and fixing GI weld mesh of 50x50mm with 5mm dia barsusing steel nails and washers on mumty roof top grading concreteas additional reinforcementetc complete . 14 Providing and fixing plastic sheet of thickness 100 micronbelow grading concrete forwater proofingetc complete . 15 Providing and fixing rectangular GItubes of TATAtubes or equivalent brandof section45x90mm of approved gauge welded with anchors of6mm dia rods of length up to 15cmetc complete. 16 Supplying and providing Brush bond of FOSROC or equivalent brandfor water proofing of slab etccomplete. 17 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.. 18 In cement mortar 19 Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : 20 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). 21 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 22 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) 23 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-harge. 24 With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). 25 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. 26 Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 27 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : 28 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 29 Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : 30 Of area 3 sq. metres and below 31 Supplying and fixing MS steel doorof size up to 098mx1.90m made of 35x35x5 mm anglebraced with 25x6 MS flat andpanelled with 16 gauge GI sheet including fittingexisting opening with holdafst/ anchor bolts etc complete 32 Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. 33 With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre. 34 Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. 35 One coat. 36 Disposal of building debris including lifting down fromfloor twolevel to ground level loading, head loadand unloading at approved dumping locationuptoa lead of 150m 37 Providing and fixing scaffolding system made ofpipes ,H frame,jallyon rental basisup to a period of month etc complete 38 Dismantlingtwo nosdamaged 60mm thick RCC jally work of size up to1.00m x1.80mand refixing after rectification of the sides , door sidesand slab edgesin line andlevel with cement mortar 1:6 etc complete 39 Dismantling the old damagaed prefabricated water tanksof 1000 litres capaityandlifting down fromfloor twolevel to ground level and disposal of debrisup to 50 metres lead
