Tender For Mc & Ew To Maintenance Of Ancient Buddhist Mounds Locally Known As ‘Dhana Dibbalu’, At Kotturu Dist., Anakapalli, Andhra Pradesh; 1 Deracinating, uprooting, plucking out and felling dense/medium/normal jungle /vegetation growth, shrubs, rank vegetation, grass, brushwood, trees and saplings of any girth including removal of roots up to a depth of 60 cm from the ground level or 30 cm from the structures without disturbing the adjoining structural members and protecting the structures from any type of damages, refilling the holes/hollows/ground area formed by digging for uprooting tree &stumps with earth/stones well rammed, refilling the cavities arising out of the trees removed from the fort/structure with same members if available at site so that the surface at these points confirm not allowing to re-grow of trees from the roots if any remains in the core/ground, pruning of wood, branches, twigs of any trees as directed if any, applying weedicide if any, stacking all useful trunks/logs/ materials arising out from the cleaning and grabbing operations, disposing all unserviceable materials far away or fired in piecemeal, including the cost of tools, scaffoldings equipments and incidentals necessary to complete the work execution etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge. 2 Removal loose and damaged bricks carefully and cleaning loose lime mortar and stacking useful materials carefully and strengthening the stupa using with same bricks in Lime mortar (1:2) including cost of materials and labour charges etc. complete as directed by the site in-charge. 3 Racking loose joints of stupa and Pointing to the stupa, in Lime Mortar (1:2) including cost of materials and labour charges etc. complete as directed by the site in-charge. 4 Filling available earth in between spokes and ramming and watering properly including cost of materials and labour charges etc. complete as directed by the site in-charge. 5 Levelling existing ground around stupa and in front of stupa Southern side) not exceeding 0.30m depth including cost of materials and labour charges etc. complete as directed by the site incharge. 6 Earth work excavation for construction of foundation for R R Masonry wall in between Plots to avoid soil erosion including cost of materials and labour charges etc. complete 7 Laying Cement concrete (1:4:8) for base concrete below RR Masonry wall foundation including cost of materials and labour charges etc. complete as directed by the site incharge. 8 Construction of RR Masonry wall in Cement mortar (1:6) including cost of materials and labour charges etc. complete as directed by the site incharge. 9 Pointing to the RR Masonry wall in cement mortar (1:4) including cost of materials and labour charges etc. complete as directed by the site in-charge. 10 Cut back to existing cement and stone pathway has some very steep sections. The path should be cut back, and provide stone masonry steps set in cement mortar (1:4) to easily reach to the caves including cost materials and labour chargesand carefully stack the useful martials for reuse etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge. 11 Laying Cement concrete (1:4:8) for base concrete below R R Masonry wall foundation including cost of materials and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge. 12 Laying Stone steps over sand bend fixing in Cement mortar (1:4) including cost of materials and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge. 13 Pointing to the RR Masonry wwll in cement mortar(1:4) including cost of materials and labour charges etc. complete as directed by the site in-charge.. 14 Providing Brick on edge pathway in cement mortar (1:6) over P.C.C. (1:4:8) and pointing in cement Mortar (1:4) including cost materials and labour etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.
