Tender for special repair To F Type Quarter At Nuagaon Tahasil For The Year 2025-26; 1.10 Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass,bushes,shrubs,saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 mtrs including removal & disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness including all labour, T & P, Cess, articles required for the work etc complete and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. 2.00 Dismantling stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3mtr height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries with in 50 mtr lead with cost of all labour, T & P & cess required for the work etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3.00 Earth work excavation in foundation in ordindary soil or gravelly soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth asper direction of the Engineer-in-charge 4.00 Supplying and filling in foundation & plinth with sand in 23.5 cm (9) thick layers including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royality taxes of all materials, and labour with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 5.00 Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size crusher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering with cost conveyance taxes royality, labour of all materials, with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and including hire & running charges of machineries T&P required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge 6.00 Fly ash brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in Foundation using Fly ash brick of 25 cm X 12 cm X 8 cm size having a crushing strength not less than 75kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 2% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & curbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and including hire & running charges of machineries T&P required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge 7.00 Providing cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size clean crusher broken granite chips aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering if necessary with cost, conveyance taxes royalty labour of all materials and including hire and running charges of machinaries T&P required for the work including supplying and working of pumps and cess as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 8.00 12mm (1/2) thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:4) to finished smooth to brick work with neat cement punning for skirting and dadoes after racking out the joints including watering and curing for 7 days with cost and conveyance, royality of all materials and labour with T&P and cess required for the work etc,complete in all floors as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 9.00 16mm (5/8) thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6) finished smooth to inside surface of 10 thick brick wall after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes, royalties & cess etc, with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 10.00 Providing 20 cm X 30 cm ceramic wall tiles fixing in dadoos skriting and rises of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including polishing complete including cost of pre cast tiles watering & curing for 7 days with cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials & labour T&P with cess required for the work etc, complete in all respect and surface finishing with polishing materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 11.00 Providing & fixing of chequred tiles in floors treads (or) steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of C.M (1:1) (1 cement : 1 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing & polishing complete including cost of tiles watering & curing for 7 days with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials & labour T&P and cess required for the work etc, complete in all respect with surface finishing with polishing materials as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 12.00 Providing Marble/Kota/Granite tile flooring using (above 0.10sqm size) floor tiles fixing in floors treads (or) steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of C.M (1:1) (1 cement : 1 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing & polishing complete including cost of tiles watering & curing for 7 days with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials & labour T&P and cess required for the work etc, complete in all respect with surface finishing with polishing materials as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 13.00 Supplying,fitting,fixing up Window (sliding type) made up aluminum Section 9778 as windows frame ,Section No.4095,4096 and 9777,3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including cost of materials all taxes labour,T&P excluding cost of glass etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 14.00 Distempering two coats to the wall surface with any approved shade over oil bound priming (ISI) including cost of distemper with conveyance royalities and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with cess etc, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 15.00 Finishing wall surface two coats with any approved weather coat over a coat of wall primer to outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint and primer watering curing with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P and Cess required for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
