Tender For Arrangements, Services And Materials Etc. For Organizing Mass Marriage Programs Under The Chief Ministers Mass Marriage Scheme In Meerut District. - 1. Providing the bride with an album containing five photographs after her marriage. (For marriage: Jaimala, Pheras, Sindoordaan, Kanyadan, with family and at a selfie point; for Nikah: with family, joint photo of the bride and groom at the time of signing, at the time of farewell, at a selfie point). Note: For this purpose, one photographer will be arranged for every 25 couples. 2. For marriage: Two rose garlands; for Nikah: Sehra (headdress) of Bela and Jasmine flowers. 3. Turban/Safa (for the groom). 4. Dakshina/Parishramika for the priest and Maulvi for solemnizing the marriage. 5. If there are 100 couples, the wedding ceremony will be held in the Shadi Mandap (marriage hall). For more than 100 couples, a German hanger will be arranged by the selected bidder. 6. Decoration (grand and attractive decoration of the stage and pandal). 7. Two to four large screen LEDs at the venue. 8. A grand and attractive entrance gate decorated with flowers at the entrance of the venue, on which a banner related to the programme will also be put up, 9. Arrangement of sound amplifier/sound box/mic, 10. Banner for the stage, on which the name of the scheme, photograph of the Honble Chief Minister of the state, Honble Departmental Minister, Minister in charge of the district and names of the distinguished guests should be mentioned, 11. Arrangement for breakfast for the bride and groom and 10-10 persons from their side. (Banana-02, Samosa-02. Burfi-01 piece, Chips-50 grams, Water bottle 500 ml, Cold drink bottle 250 ml, (Sherbet/Shikanji/Tea/Coffee - as per the season) Note: 20 packets of snacks will be made available to the couple at the time of their presence in the program and beverages should be made available by setting up stalls (Sherbet/Shikanji/Tea/Coffee - as per the season), 12. Arrangement for food for the bride and groom and 10 persons each from their side. (Dal, rice, roti, puri, kachori, dry vegetable, mixed veg, paneer vegetable, salad, ragulla/kheer/halwa, chowmein etc.), 13. 05 kg boondi laddu for the bride and grooms side separately which will be made available in a bamboo woven basket with a handle, covered with a yellow transparent wrapper. 14. Covered dry fruit baskets for the bride and grooms side (each containing 500 grams of almonds, 250 grams of walnuts, 250 grams of makhana, 500 grams of raisins and a dry coconut) 15. Arrangements for videography of the entire event from start to finish 16. Installation of a large hoarding on the roadside at the venue (mentioning eligibility and application details for the scheme) 17. Colour printing and lamination of the marriage certificate on hard paper 18. Other miscellaneous arrangements such as refreshments/food arrangements for special guests, cultural programmes etc. 19. Other necessary arrangements, services and materials during the wedding ceremony as directed by the committee 20. Bridal make-up room at the venue with all the materials required for dressing and adorning the bride for the wedding and adequate staff (beauticians) etc.
