Tender For Design Supply Installation Testing And Commissioning Of On Grid 60 Kwp Rooftop Solar Plant On New Technical Block In Operational Area At Gaya Airport Gayaji
Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of on grid 60 kWp Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant conforming to MNRE specifications as amended upto date, consisting of Mono Crystalline silicon solar cells, net metering facility, necessary protections, SPDs, DC and AC cables, data/control cables, earthings, safety system for reverse power protections, water cleaning system for cleaning of solar PV modules fixed in anodized aluminum frame complete as required including zone of the location with following components complete in all respect as per site conditions. Glint & Glare Hazard Analysis and submission of report to AAI before execution is also in the scope of work.a) Solar Photovoltaic Module of minimum capacity 540 Wp or above, manufactured in India, having RF Identification Tag, conforming to IS 14286/IEC 61215, IS/IEC 61730-Part 1, IS/IEC 61730-Part 2 amended upto date. Solar Photovoltaic Module conversion efficiency shall not be less than 16.5%. PV modules used in solar power plants/ systems must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years.b) Grid Interactive Power Conditioning Unit (PCU) of 350-800 V DC input voltage range and efiiciency not less than 97%, total harmonic distortion less than 3% and suitable for ambient temperature from 0 to 50 degree C. The PCU shall adjust the voltage and frequency level to suit the Grid Voltage frequency.c) Data Monitoring System complete with all accessories as per technical specifications.d)Fixing of Array Junction Box & Main Junction Box with IP 65 protection and termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable along with glands, lugs and other accessories etc as required.e) Lightning and Surge Voltage Protection.f)Connections & Interconnections by supplying & fixing required size XLPE insulated copper conductor 1.1 kV grade armoured power and control cables between solar modules, main power cable to grid supply PCU unit along with supplying & fixing of necessary channel/conduit lugs and other accessories etc as required.(Refer detailed technical specifications and Special Conditions of Contract).

Comprehensive Maintenance (After defect liability period of two years) of on grid 60 kWp Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant including all associated systems/accessories complete taken as part of SITC in item no 1 of various makes to ensure serviceability and uninterrupted smooth operation along with providing & replacement of faulty components, all types of repairing works, attending breakdowns along with supply of required spares, consumables, cleaning including providing manpower for maintenance including monthly visit of qualified workmen of agency for preventive maintenance complete in all respect as per OEM standard practice.(Refer detailed technical specifications and Special Conditions of Contract).For First Year
