The Cooling Tower shall be of Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Construction. The casing ,basin/sump, fan deck and fan cylinder shall be of FRP,with direct driven fans, Galvanised hardware complete with sump and drain connection with suitable valve, PVC Honey comb fill, louvers, drift eliminator complete with spray nozzle having self rotating sprinklers, steel ladder, Isolating switch and other accessories to make it fully operational and maintenance positioning of cooling tower at Terrace of Building. Propeller Type Fan, weatherproof IP 55 and Direct driven. Range of CT: 6 0C. Designed Duty Conditions :- EWT,LWT , D/WBT Complete as per CPWD specification/drawings and as directed by Engineer-incharge. water flow 6804 LPM ,Cooling tower capacity 600 TR Note - cooling tower have 4 fan and run with VFD . 2 Transportation charge for coolingtower 3 Dismantling and take out of ScrapOf Cooling tower 4 I No.100 Amps MCCB with 04Nos.X 7.5HP DOL Starter IndicatingLamps, Metering, Overload Relaysetc.complete in all respect. 5 3 C X 25 Sqmm Aluminum Cable 6 8 SWG wire 7 Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of perforated 2mm CRCA sheet steel powder coated cable trays of following sizes complete with joints+C217 coupling plates and nut bolts etc including providing and fixing of MS hangers etc as required as per the drawings and specifications 8 400 mm wide and50mm deepX1.5mm 9 A lot of MS piping required as per modification with valves
