Maintenance of completed Scheme under Nazul A/C-II Hort. Zone. Sub-Head Annual Maintenance and repair of C.I/G.I line to supply the treated effluent water From STP for horticulture purpose to various parks/green belt in Sector-23, 24 & 25, Rohini (As and when required).; 1 Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m : a)All kinds of soil 2 Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia 3 Constructing masonry Chamber 30x30x50 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) for stop cock, with C. I. surface box 100x100 x75 mm (inside) with hinged cover fixed in cement concrete slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : 4 With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 5 Providing and laying S&S Centrifugally Cast (Spun) / Ductile Iron Pipes conforming to IS : 8329 : 6 100 mm dia Ductile Iron Class K-9 pipes 7 150 mm dia Ductile Iron Class K-9 pipes 8 200 mm dia Ductile Iron Class K-9 pipes 9 300 mm dia Ductile Iron Class K-9 pipes 10 Providing and laying S&S C.I. standard specials such as tees, bends, collars, tapers, caps etc. (Heavy class): 11 Up to 300 mm dia 12 Providing spun yarn (packing size) at the site of work as and when required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 13 Supplying pig lead at site of work. 14 Providing push-on-joints to Centrifugally (Spun) Cast Iron Pipes or Ductile Iron Pipes including testing of joints and the cost of rubber gasket : 15 100 mm dia pipes 16 150 mm dia pipes 17 200 mm dia pipes 18 300 mm dia pipes 19 Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. External work 20 20 mm dia nominal bore 21 40 mm dia nominal bore 22 50 mm dia nominal bore 23 65 mm dia nominal bore 24 80 mm dia nominal bore 25 Providing bolts and nuts 16mm dia., 60mm long for sluice valve and fittings etc. as and when required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 26 Regulating the sluice valves/valves of different dia. of C.I/D.I pipe lines for treated effluent water and maintenance of various irrigation waterlines including all operation like fixing of leakages, fittings, excavation and refilling etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 27 Painting G.I. pipes and fittings with two coats of anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved quality : 28 20 mm diameter pipe 29 40 mm diameter pipe 30 50 mm diameter pipe 31 65 mm diameter pipe 32 80 mm diameter pipe 33 Providing and filling sand of grading zone V or coarser grade, allround the G.I. pipes in external work : 34 40 mm diameter pipe 35 50 mm diameter pipe 36 65 mm diameter pipe 37 80 mm diameter pipe 38 Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valves (with cap) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) : 39 100 mm diameter 40 Class II 41 150 mm diameter 42 Class II 43 200 mm diameter 44 Class II 45 300 mm diameter 46 Class II 47 Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) : 48 20 mm nominal bore 49 25 mm nominal bore 50 Providing C.I standard specials D-joint of: 51 100mm dia. 52 150mm dia. 53 200mm dia. 54 300mm dia. 55 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 56 Hiring, installation and operation of 2 Nos. pump sets of 20 HP capacity each along with 100 KVA DG set in the area under the jurisdiction of HCD-6, including the cost of operating staff, helper, watchman, lubricating oil, diesel and all other T&P, consumables, suction and delivery pipes and accessories required for efficient operation. The work also includes pumping out accumulated water/fluid and its disposal to the nearest available drain or suitable location as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
