Drying Tumbler At Laundry).-1 SITC of Steam Heated Drying Tumbler 60 kg capacity having digital temperature indicator cum controller and timer display etc. SS door with toughened glass of suitable size in front having minimum inner basket size 1250 mm dia x 965 mm depth. The powerful suction blower motor of atleast 2 HP and having Capacity 1.5 HP Drive Motor with minimum 36 Kw Electric Heater etc complete as reqd. 2 Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, Ics=100% Icu and Operational Voltage 690V etc. as required. a) 100 A, 16 KA,TPMCCB 3 Providing and fixing of Three / Four Pole MCCB Enclosure made up of MS / CRCA Sheet suitable for 100 Amp TP MCCB having rating IK08 and IK30 protection i/c fixing on wall / surface and repairing the same complete with connection of MCCB with cable spreade line, lugs etc as required. 4 Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. a) Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) 5 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 6 Less Credit of Old Dismentle Material a) 50 Kg Hydro Extractor b) Manual 120 / 125 Kg Washer Extractor / Machine i/c motor & pulley wheel.
