Tender For supply of Set Up Of Digital Manufacturing Lab-Excavation work by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm in plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50m. i) Ordinary rock 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work up to plinth level: 1:3:6(1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 3 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete 4 Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and confirming to IS:15622 of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cit with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, levelling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily i) Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size - size of tile 600 x 600mm 5 Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required designs and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18mm thick stone slab over 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc, all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge: i) Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent. 6 12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 7 Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.i)Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix). 8 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge -i) In cement mortar 9 Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead:- Of area 3 sq. metres and below 10 Dismantling aluminium/gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with all lifts and lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge 11 Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For fixed portion i) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) 12 For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately)i) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) 13 Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineerin- charge. i) Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides 14 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): i) With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/ sqm) 15 Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete. 16 Laterite Masonry in neatly dressed stones of as specified in cement mortar 1:5 ( 1 cement : coarse sand ) in foundation and plinth. 17 Supply and filling with moorum upto plinth not exceeding20 cm in depth i.e., watering , ramming , consolidation & dressing each layer all complete for all lead & lift (compacted qty shall be measured for payment.)
