Tender For Raising Of Divider, Plantation And Maintenance (For 3 Yrs) At Smd Circle To Nagli Circle, Alwar.- 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sum on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter.All kinds of soils 2 Providing and laying in position cement concreet including curing, compaction etc completein specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level M20 grade Nominal Mix1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stoneaggregate 20 mm nominal size). 3 Centering and Shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways and removal of formwork for foundation , footings,strap beam, raft , bases of columns etc. 4 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ). 5 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including rackingofjointsetc. complete fine finish : 20mm thick 6 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture togive an even shade : Two or more coats on new work 7 Supplying and fixing of chain link fencing with angle iron posts 50x50x6mm placed at every 3 Mtr. apart 30cm in ground embedded in cement concrete 1:3:6 (30x30x45cm) corner and every tenth post to be strutted with (50 x 50 x 6cm) angle iron provided and fixed and fitted with posts including earth work in excavation etc. complete with chain link size.50mm x 50mm x 3.15mm 8 Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor five level. (Original producers who manufacture billet directly from iron ores and roll the bilets to produce steel conforming to IS:1786) Thermo-mechanically Treated bars (Conforming of relevent IS code) 9 Providing and fixing expansion joint board for building RCC column beams, walls, slab of Polyethylene foam of density 30 to 35 Kg/m3 of Armour Board. 25mm 10 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.1: 3: 6 or richer mix. 11 Carriage of earth, sand, lime, morrum, manure or sludgeincluding loading/ unloading etc. complete with lead upto 5km. 12 Plantation and Horticulture 13 Digging of pits size 60x60x60 cms. Including removal of stones Manuring applicable of insecticides & watering atleast 15 litre per plant after plan ting. 14 Planting of trees /shrubs/ hedge and climbers plants at desired distance in row and watering 15 Supply of different varieties of bougainvillea in ply bags/earthen pot according to height growth and age of plant at site including loading unloading and transportation etc. complete Different varieties of bougainvillea 600mm to 900mm 16 Supply of different varieties of indoor plantsin poly bags/earthen pot according to height growth and age of plant at site including loading unloading and transportation etc. completeDifferent champa 125 cm to 215 cm height 17 Supply and stacking of good earth at site complete including loading unloading & transportation etc.Good soil of earth 18 Spreading of manure and good earth in required thickness (cost of manure and good earth to be paid separately) 19 Supply of dry manure including loading unloading, transportation & stacking at site. Goat dungmanure. 20 Maintenance Work for 03 years 21 Maintenace of Plants by the contractor including of pits/bids watering preparation of Thavala Hoeing weeding etc. & application of insecticides etc. & security if the plant die during maintenance contractor has to replace same height plant at his own cost. 22 Security of plants & fencing etc.
