(2). The Charges shall be paid only subject to submission of detailed site visit report in Job Order along with bill for sites where servicing / major repairing work not carried out by agency. (3). Charges shall be paid proportionately to attend the complaints e.g. 3 Sites for visit up to 30 KM\"s on a route, 2 Sites for visit more than 30 KM & Up to 60 KM on a route and 1 Site for visit beyond 60 KM from HQ . (4) Visit charges shall be allowed only once during the currency of contract/once in a year whichever is earlier for a particular sites/site as applicable. |
