Annual maintenance Contract for 15 KVA Diesel Generator Sets installed at Company Operating Basesof 17 Assam Rifles, Joupi (Manipur) alongwith its connected works with qtrly visting with following works -(i) Every DG Set shall be serviced at least once every quarter. A record of such services duly acknowledged by the person using the machine or in his absence, in charge location of the DG sets shall be maintained.(ii) Quarterly Preventive maintainance shall include at least the fwg services: (a) Fuel injector pump (b) Head assembly (c) Oil cooler assembly (d) Air inlet assembly(e) Air exhaust assembly (f) Rocker assembly (g) V belt (h) VC alternator (j) Piston assembly (k) Crank shaft (l) Oil sump(m) Liver (n) Push rod (o) Push rod guide (p) HP pipe (q) Starter assembly (r) Impeller assembly (s) FIP Service (t) SAR Bearing (u) Fuel Filter Set (v) Gasket Kit set (m) Liver (n) Push rod (o) Push rod guide (p) HP pipe (q) Starter assembly (r) Impeller assembly (s) FIP Service (t) SAR Bearing (u) Fuel Filter Set (v) Gasket Kit set .

Annual maintenance Contract for Geyserinstalled at 17 Assam Rifles, Saibol Joupi alongwith its connected works with qtrly visiting with following works -(a) Every Machine shall be serviced at least once every quarter. A record of such services duly acknowledged by the person using the machine or in his absence, in charge location of the Geyser shall be maintained.(b) Replacement of heating Element . (c) Replacement of indicator.(d) Replacement of Geyser fitting as per requirements. (e) Replacement of switch, socket & wiring as per requirements.

Annual maintenance Contract for Ceiling fan installed at HQ 28 Sector Assam Rifles Kakching alongwith its connected works with qtrly visiting with following works -(a) Every Machine shall be serviced at least once every quarter. A record of such services duly acknowledged by the person using the machine or in his absence, in charge location of the Ceiling fan shall be maintained.(b) Replacement/Repair of Coil .
