Tender for special repair To R.W. Section-Ii Office At Champua(Bhanda) For The Year 2025-26.--- 1 Dismantling and removing 2.5 cm thick grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface lowering and removing the debris within 50m lead per 1 sqm as directed by Engineer in charge. 2 Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade exculding cost of paint (For 10 Sqm.) 3 Painting two coats with approved paint to doors and windowsover a coat of primer incl. cost of all material,T&P and labour etc complete. ( for Iron work ) as directed by Engineer in charge as directed by Engineer in charge. 4 Weather coat painting two coats with approved shade over a coat of primer incl. cost of all material,T&P and labour etc complete. 5 Fixing chequered tiles in floors on 25 mm thick bed of cement morter (1:1) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles incl. rubbing and polishing complete incl. cost of tile etc all complete. 6 Supplying , fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures as directed by Engineer in charge. 7 2.5 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 12 mm and down grade size H.G.C.B. chips for old work etc all complete. 8 Providing & fixing of wall panneling made out of Crystal therotech limited (Crystal Hybrido) frame with 18 mmthick strip of 50mm with @ 300mm C/C verically & fixing of 12 mm thick WPC as pannel fixedwith screw & top face including all cost of materials& fittings, fixtures , labour,T & P,taxes etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge. 9 Providing fitting and fixing of false ceilling with Aluminium anodised T section No-3215 with 2-0 center to center,L.section No-1705 upto 15 micron on 4 wall to be fixed by means of steel screw & PVC plug & the Aluminium grid 2-0x2-0 suspended from ceiling etc comlete as directed by Engineer in charge.
