Installation consists of straining pole erection with grouting of it into a PCC base and mounting of it with wall from sides for additional support. Connectorization and integration with the existing energizers setups consisting of dual zone energizer to create the required zones under the 18-zones design of complete electric fence, with each zone approximately 250 metres in length. | 8 | Supply, Installation, Testing/Checking and Commissioning of Gate Top Electric Fence:Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 10-wire gate top electric fence over the 9 number of dual-leaf metallic gates, installed along the perimeter. Installation includes mounting of four number of straining post over each gate and laying of electric fence wires with the required installation accessories such ass-hooks, strain post insulators, combination tensioner and insulator, ferrules, warning signboards. 10-wire electric fence over these gates must be installed with proper insulation, ensuring that the fence wires do not come into contact with the gate metal structure and gate operation remains unaffected. | 9 | Supply, Installation, Testing/Checking and Commissioning of Electric Fence Energizer Setup with Stand and Enclosure:Each set shall include: 1 high-voltage energizer, 1 low-voltage pulse generator, an operating keypad with LCD display, 2 backup batteries, 1 communication module, 1 stand, 1 weatherproof enclosure with canopy, 2 lightning diverters, 2 strobe lights, 1 siren, 2 live pulse lights as per tender technical specifications. Scope shall also include supply and installation of all other necessary components required to make the setup fully functional, such as power adaptors, connecting wires, MCBs, and internal fixtures in line with site & setup requirement. Installation and commissioning shall cover the construction of PCC base for mounting the stand, integration with siren and strobe lights, and full integration of all energizer components. It also includes the installation of required power supply circuitry with proper insulation and MCB connections inside the energizers and connecting the various inputs/outputs to the required terminals such as power supply cable and relay output cable to the strobe lights and siren. Linking of the communication module to the nearest tap-off point on the existing fiber cable line through RJ-45 Ethernet switch has to be done. | 10 | Supply, Installation, Testing/Checking and Commissioning of Chemical Earthing Kits: Creation of chemical earthing at site as per tender technical specifications, by assembling the standard kit components and integration of it with the electric fence. | 11 | Supply, Installation, Testing/Checking and Commissioning of 5 kVA UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply): For power supplies to the Electric fence, it will be divided logically in two equal sections and these two separate sections will be fed from separate UPS units. Each UPS set shall be provided with batteries as per the tender specifications and all required accessories such as cables, fixtures, MCBs, power adaptors, connectors / cable end terminations etc.and integrated with existing mains power / fence supply line on input / output. 3-core 4 sq. mm armored copper connecting cables to connect the various items in this UPS system will be supplied and all the connection work will be performed. All cables shall be neatly routed in conduits/trays and terminated with proper lugs and ferrules to ensure the phase, neutral, and earth connections as per good engineering practices. | 12 | Supply and Underground Cable Laying with connectorization of Armored Power Cables:Supply and installation of 1100 V grade 3-core 4 sq. mm armored power cable, HDPE conduit pipes and installation accessories in line with tender specifications. An underground power cable has already been laid along the perimeter, and tap-off points are already provided on this cable at every 120 meter. For electric fence power supply, cables will be laid in various sections as follows: laying underground cable from UPS to nearest tap-off point at perimeter, laying underground cable from the each energizer cabinet location to the nearest power cable tap-off point along the entire perimeter, laying underground power cables from energizer to the fence wire and siren and strobe lights. It also includes complete connectorization of power supplying cables. Armored power cable will be laid through HDPE pipe conduits suitable for cable protection. Trench shall be dug to a minimum depth of 750 mm. A sand bedding of at least 100 mm below and above the conduit must be provided and covered with the bricks. Trenches shall be properly back filled and compacted after cable installation. Cable route markers shall be installed along the cable path at every 20 meters and at each turn. | 13 | Supply and Underground Cable Laying with connectorization of a pair of CAT-6 Shielded Twisted Pair Cables:Supply of CAT-6 shielded twisted pair cable as per the tender technical specification of the required length, HDPE conduit pipes and installation accessories. An underground OFC data cable has already been laid along the perimeter, and tap-off points are provided on these cables. For electric fence data path, cables will be laid in various sections as follows: laying underground CAT-6 cable in pair to establish connection from each energizer to the nearest available existing tap-off point via Ethernet port. A pair of cable will be laid in each section, one for redundancy purpose. Both CAT-6 data cable will be laid through a separate HDPE pipe conduit suitable for cable protection other than the HDPE pipe conduit used for armored power cables. It also includes complete connectorization for connecting the data cables using RJ-45 connectors for linking of communication module to the nearest tap-off point on the existing fiber cable. Trench shall be dug to a minimum depth of 750 mm. A sand bedding of at least 100 mm below and above the conduit must be provided and covered with the bricks. | 14 | Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Training of Fence Monitoring System: Scope includes the supply of a fence monitoring system comprising a server machine and a client machine (desktop), along with Electric Fence Management Software (EFMS) with a perpetual license, and five compatible client software licenses with perpetual license for performing EFMS operations over the intranet remotely, 2 handheld digital voltmeter for electric fence, each as per tender technical specifications. It also covers installation and configuration of the server, operating system, necessary drivers, EFMS, client software, and all essential utilities. The monitoring system will be integrated into the existing network switch using appropriate cabling and accessories, with both server and client machines installed in the same room near the centrally located network switch. It includes a demonstration of the API/interface provided in EFMS by integrating it with a third-party web application, as well as training on EFMS usage and API/interface integration.
