| 1 | Comprehensive preventive maintenance by technically qualified technician and rendering operationally EOT crane of capacity as mentioned below including assemblies inspection andmaintenance of including checking / tightening of all nut , bolt & breaks any type any size complete system, adjusting etc of all breaks motions and VFD /VVVF drive adjustment setting ofEOT / HOT cranes with having single or double girder type and providing greasing & oiling of traveling / moving parts of crane with connecting motor girder parts for movement of crane hoist / long / cross traveling and including maintaining the controlling of speed / creeping micro speed of motors with minor maint / repair electrically operated main control panel wire with connecting control wiring system consisting of main switch, step down transformer, contactor, HRC fuse, VFD, PLR, control pendent ,wire rope with break drum unit, gear box unit , oil levels, motor bed / foot ,electrical control cable, motor terminal, end cable carriage trolly , motor shaft, bush flange bearing with lathe work ,chain pulley block, ratchet clutch, gear block, chain wheel, chain etc and including locating the defect or fault and rectification of the fault and rectification of oil leakage etc any type any size and replacement of defected nut, bolt & washer and making it soundless/sound proof and after trails testing run of crane for smooth functioning / operation satisfactorily of the following mentioned capacity cranes/Hoist complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i)Load/deflection test is to be carried out by the contractor\"s expert rep in the relevant field in presence of the department rep and recording the test and issue necessary certifuicate .(ii) The load required for the testing and necessary transportation , will be arranged by the contractor at the location of testing. |
