| 1 | Material and labour for servicing of 750 KVA DG Set by carrying out the following maintenance including testing oncompletion at connected laod for entiresatisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and complete all as specified and directed at site.(i) Draining out engine oil feom thesump by removing drain plug,cleaning the sump throughly andrefilling the sump with new engine oil to required level (Note : Engine oil will bemeasured and paid separately)(ii) Replacecompletefuel filters, oil filters and air filter element.(Note : fuel filters, oil filters and air filter element will bemeasured and paid separately)(iii) Drainingout complete coolant watermixture from the radiator and refilling theradiator withnew coolent and water mixture with proportionate ratio (Note : coolent will bemeasured and paid separately as Supply only)(iv)Draining outdiesel from disel tank and storing in cleaned containers,cleaning the tank throughly by removing sediments settled at the bottom and refilling the drained out diesel duly filtered.(v) Check and top up the electrolyte/distilled water in starting batterie cells to maintain the required specific gravity.Cleaning of battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery poles & brass connectors.(vi) Tightening all the fastenersof complete DG set to therequired torque.(vii)Tightening of all gaskets, connection of battery terminals, cable connections, foundation bolts, coupling bolts etc including test running and tappet setting of alternator by checking and setting of voltage and frequencies complete. |
