No. 1 shall be given by department and rest all the material including civil material will be arranged by the contractor itself. Any other material if required for completion of work which might not have been mentioned in bid document, shall be arranged by the contractor. (Decentralized Items Provided by the Contractor as per Estimate). 2 Carriage of ST Pole 11 Mtr. long 3 Carriage of PCC Pole 11 Mtr long 4 Carriage of PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr long 5 Carriage of ACSR weasel conductor 6 Carriage of 11 KV XLPE cable 3x70mm2/3x120mm2/3x185mm2 7 Carriage of AB Cable 1x25/3x50+1x35+1x25 mm2/3x95+1x70+1x25mm2 8 11 KV Jointing kit (Straight Through/Outdoor) 9 11 KV Pilfer Proof Metering cubical 10 11 KV CT/PT Double Metering Combined Unit CT/PT 11 Safe Carriage of 25 KVA T/F 12 Safe Carriage of 63 KVA T/F 13 Safe Carriage of 100 KVA T/F 14 Carriage of other line material 15 Erection of Single PCC Pole (8.5 Mtr Long) for 11 KV/LT. line alongwith fitting of all accessories on pole including dragging of pole from Dump Site to pit site. 16 Erection of Single ST Pole (11 Mtr Long) for 11 KV/LT line alongwith fitting of all accessories on pole including dragging of pole from Dump Site to pit site. 17 Erection of Single PCC Pole (11 Mtr Long) for 11 KV/LT. line alongwith fitting of all accessories on pole including dragging of pole from Dump Site to pit site. 18 Erection of Double PCC Pole (8.5 Mtr Long) for 11 KV HT line alongwith fitting of all accessories on pole including dragging of pole from Dump Site to pit site. 19 Erection of Double ST Pole (11 Mtr Long) for 11 KV HT line alongwith fitting of all accessories on pole including dragging of pole from Dump Site to pit site. 20 Cartage, Erection and Grouting of stay sets alongwith complete fittings. Cement, Sand & Brick ballast provided by the contractor at his own cost. 21 Grouting of Poles with 1:4:8CC ratio of cement, sand & brick ballast, backfilling of pits with mud completely. All required materials shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. 22 Earthing Complete as per RESSPO Norms. 23 Pipe Earthing as per RESSPO Norms. 24 Laying and Commissioning of 11 KV XLPE size 3x70 mm2/3x120/3x185 mm2 cable and its hoisting with providing GI pipe 6 dia (GI Pipe will be supplied by the contractor) Including on Kaccka/Pakka road restoration work as per respo norms. 25 Errection & Commissioning of AB cable 1x25/3x50+1x35+1x16mm2 /3x95+1x70+1x25mm2 including fitting of Accessories (All Accessories shall be Provided by the Contractor). 26 Fixing of 11 KV Jointing kit (Straight Through/Outdoor) 27 Installation and commissioning of 11 KV Pilfer Proof Metering Cubical 28 Installation and commissioning of 11 KV CT/PT Double Metering Combined unit CT/PT 29 Mounting & Jumpering of 25 KVA T/F with complete fitting. 30 Mounting & Jumpering of 63 KVA T/F with complete fitting. 31 Mounting & Jumpering of 100 KVA T/F with complete fitting. 32 Cartage & Fitting of Three Phase Distribution Box 33 Cutting of Tree Branches 34 Laying, stringing, sagging & binding of conductors of 11 KV in 3 phase, 3 wire line with jumpering (where as required). 35 (Decentralized Items Providing &Erection/Fixing by the Contractor as per Estimate). 36 Alluminium Lug 37 Copper Patiya/L-Piece 38 Suspension Clamp 39 Pieresing Clamp 40 Dead End Clamp 41 Clamp for D.B. 42 Clamp for Top, Tee Drp, Guard etc. 43 Danger Board, No. Plate Bolth with 44 LT Clamp with I Hook 45 V-Type X-Arm Holding Clamp 46 F-Braket with Clamp
