Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor & wall tilesof 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make and colourlaid oncement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. as per Direction of EIC.(Cement required shall be issued free of cost from NFL)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting & floor raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Carriage of available surplus excavated earth /rock / construction debris by mechanical transport or any other means including,loading unloading and disposal of excavated earth / rock /construction debris any where in NFL complex /township area;disposed earth to be levelled and dressed as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing surfaces of masonry and applying cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) :12 mm cement plaster of mix. (Cement required shall be issued free of cost from NFL)

Providing and fixing white vitreous china water closet squatting pan of size 580 mm x 440 mm (Orrisa pattern WC pan) of good qaulity make including dismantling and disposal of existing WC, floor etc.wherever required and making good the area around the newly fixedWC complete. (Cement required shall be issued free of cost from NFL)

Providing and fixing white vitreous China pedestal type (European type) water closet with seat and lid of good qaulity make with CP brass hinges and rubber buffers, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required including removal of old WC and disposal of old WC complete.(Cement required shall be issued free of cost from NFL)

Providng and fixing 100 mm dia. CP mild steel sheet grating(drain jali) of good qaulity design & quality for floor traps complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20/12.5 mmnominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cementstrips in joints etc. wherever required complete : (a) 25 mm to 40 mm thick(Cement required shall be issued free of cost from NFL)

Removing of existing shutter and refixing of the same for doors/windowsafter necessary repair work including fixing of all fittings, welding of hinges wherever required complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
