NOTES FOR SEWAGE WORKS :-(i) The contractor or his representative will report to Engr-in-Charge daily at 0900hrs to receive complaints pertaining the sewage cleaning and same will be attended and rectified on the same day. (ii)If complaints are not attended within 48 hrs, a panel recovery @ Rs 1000/- per complaint will be recovered from the contractor\"s dues.(iii)The complaint slip will be handed over to the concerned JE within 48 hrs after completion of work.(iv)No any worker/Safaiwala will enter in the Septic tank/sewage tank/manhole etc and if dewatering & sludging is required to be removed for cleaning, mechanical method ie pumping will be carried out and material shall be removed in closed containers/tanks for removal outside MOD land and this aspect is deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the contractor and nothing extra is admissible on this account.(v) Work shall be carried out as and when required.(vi) Work will be done only when one supervisor is present at site who will be responsible for ensuring safety of the labours engaged. |
