Tender For Special Repair/Replacement Of Ber E/M Equipment Of Mes At Hq Wac, Subroto Park - Supply,install test & commmissioning of high wall mounted inverter type split AC ,having indoor and outdoor units with copper tube evaporator & condensing unit of capacity 2 Ton capacity complete with cordless remote control unit and with minimum 5 star rated and EER 5.05 with necessary fixing arrangements,drain water piep upto required length ,stand for outdoor unit ,with 3 core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper cable of required sizeincluding taking down and submitting to the MES store safely complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 2 Supply and fix in replacement refrigerant line copper tube 1/2 bore included instalation for AC complete all as specified and directed. 3 Supply and fix in replacement refrigerant line copper tube 1/4 bore included instalation for AC complete all as specified and directed. 4 Supply and fix desert cooler with plastic body electric driven (single phase), Capacity 55 L; Air delivery 4200 CMH; Power 190 W; Operating voltage 230 V, (or nearest size), with connected accessories, including taking down and submitting to the MES store safely complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Supply and installed inverter type 3 star rating Tower ACtype units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit ,with rotary compressor, copper condensor and evaporator coil, three phase 380V - 415V, 50 Hz of capacity of 3 TRinstalling on floor/ceiling fixing with proper brackets, clamping without damaged existing ceiling after finishing making good disturbed including taking down and submitting to the MES store safely complete all as specified and directed By Engr-in-Charge. 6 Supply and fixing air conditioner package type suitable for operational on three phase AC electric supply 50 Hz,starting current 30 Amps ,circulated air quantity 22000CFM ,refrigerant system type scroll compressor with controlling panel 3 PH fitted with machine ,rubber ducts as per site requirement for suction and discharge,including water pump sets,cooling tower ,ducting plumbing and electric connection capacity 16600K Cal per hour (5.5Ton or nearest tonnage) including taking down and submitting to the MES store safely complete all as specified and directed By Engr-in-Charge.Note- Inclusions as remote control panel with regulated ON/OFF buttons ,20 MTR cable with thermostat sensor ,ducts filters,compressor ,condensor coil with fins ,copper tubes as per site requirement,evaporator coils with fins,High/Low pressure gauges ,switches,thermostatic expansion valve ,solenoid coil digital temperature controller ,controlling panel 3PH fitted with machine and power cabling and electric wiring from controlling panel to motor & instruments.
