Repairing/Servicing Of Existing Ht/Lt Panel With Vcbs/Acbs And Overhauling Of The Electrical Equipments Installed At Mph Substation Sports Complex, University Of Delhi-Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed heavy class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Group B 2 Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel / PVC conduit as required. 3 1 x 1.5 sq. mm 4 2 x 4 sq. mm 5 Supplying and fixing of following sizes of heavy class PVC conduit/ batten along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.25mm 6 Supplying and fixing following modular type switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required. 7 15/16 amps switch 8 6 pin 15/16 amp socket outlet 9 Supplying and fixing following size/ modules, GI box alongwith modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc as required. 6 Modules 10 Servicing/overhauling of HTpanelwith proper tools and testing all the equipments i/c tightening of connection ,cleaning, tapping testingin the presence of Authorised personaletc. as required at site. 11 Servicing of VCB panelwith proper tools and testing all the equipments i/c tightening of connection ,cleaning, tapping testingin the presence of Authorised personaletc. as required at site. 12 Servicing of existing main LT panel comprising of ACBs and MCCBs with proper tools and testing of equipments/relay interlocking i/c tightening of bolts(Busbar, ACB etc.), cleaning of panel with Blower and dry cloths etc. as required at site. 13 Servicing of existing Capacitor panel comprising of ACBs, capasitors, relay, contactor etc with proper tools and testing/calibration, equipments i/c tightening of bolts, cleaning of panel with Blower and dry cloths etc. as required at site. 14 Servicingof ACBs 3200/1250/800 amp withproper tools and testing equipments i/c racking out/in tightening of bolts cleaning with petrol/CRC/CTC and dry cloths i/c calibration of relay etc. as required at site. 15 Repairing of existing ACB with following accessories suitable for L&T make model UN1-12N complete with all accessories i/c service of existing mechanical mechanism as reqd. at site 16 3 Pole Fixed base plate with connector 17 Shunt release Coil 18 Fixed Contact 19 Pole assembly 20 CT 1250/5 21 Undervoltage Coil 415 Volt 22 Cluster 23 Making provision of cleaning of bus trunking with dry cloth & hand blower i/c inspection of fractures in insulation, tightening of nut bolts and replacement of damaged insulator etc. as required at site. 24 Servicing/cleaning of 1600 KVA transformer with proper tools and testing equipment, cleaning of blower and clothsin the presence of Authorised personaletc. as required at site. 25 Supplying and fixing of space heater 80 watt 220 volt 50 HZ in the existing HT panel including making connection etc as reqd. at site 26 P/f of power packcomplete with all accessories i/c removing and reconnection of control wirings, testing of control circuit etc as required at site. 27 Supplying and fixing of 4 x 16 sqmm of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed/ aluminium armoured conductor power cable confirming 10 1.1 KV grade of following size same etc as reqd. 28 Providing and fixing of RYB indication LED lamp including making connection etc as reqd. at site 29 Repairing of control wiring in HT panel including testing of protection relay of VCBs at HT panel/transformer i/c alarm tripping circuit etc as reqd. at site. 30 Testing of existing transformer i/c no load testing, leakage, phase sequences etc as reqd at site. 31 Dehydration of 1000 KVA oil transformer with 3 step method i/c isolating transformer dielectric test of oilbreaking capacity re-connecting etc as reqd. at site. 32 Testing/calibration of protection relay of VCBs at HT panel/transformer i/c alarm tripping circuit etc as reqd. at site. 33 Providing and filling of transformer oil for trippingof reservoir till required level i/c inspection of fractures oil setting of buckles relay, tightening of cables, end termination of cables, end termination nut bolts etc as reqd. at site. 34 Replacement of silica jal for the transformer i/c cleaning of breather , cleaning of container , topping of dehydrating oil etc as reqd. at site.
