Providing consultancy for structural design which includes structural design philosophy, Structural design and preparation of working, structural drawings with full structural detailing of all RCC members i.e. foundation, slabs, beams, columns, lintels, chajjas , fins ,facias and other features as shows in architectural drawings i/c getting the design proof checked by Civil Engineering department , of any IIT/NIT or any other Government college as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The necessary clarification on points raised by proof checking authorities has to be submitted within the time frame given by them. The agency is fully responsible for getting the structural design got vetted from above institute and no extra payment shall made for getting the design vetted 3 nos. complete set of structural drawings as on A2 size paper shall be handed over by the agency to the department.

Preparation of detailed drawings (GFC), front, both side and rear elevations, sections and details to i/c preparation of final drawings and supplying soft copies in pen drive i/c workings on laptop, PCs on CAD or other related software. Architecture should have to shown the detail in layout plan of services drawings i.e. plumbing consisting water supply , sanitary, drainage layout and storm water drain, including following electrical component i) internal electrical installation and fans ii) telephone conduit etc. complete as required by engineer-in-charge. and providing detailed estimate based on DSR 2023 & upto date correction slip, market rate analysis, measurement sheet of all estimated quantities, bar bending schedule, abstract of cost all complete in 3 copies (Soft and hard) including setting up layout of building on ground as per approved master plan provided by department complete as per direction of engineering in charge.

Standard Penetration Test (SPT) at the site for all kind of soils at an interval of 1.5 as per IS:2131-1981 , collection of disturbed /undisturbed soil sample at 1.5m interval and their complete laboratory testing as per Indian Standards for classification of soil and determination of various index and Engg . Properties of soil to base the allowable bearing capacity on shear strength as well as on settlement consideration at 1.5m ,2.0 m 2.5m for various size of footings and submitting four sets of test reports.Up to 15m depth below NSL or refusal (N>50)
