Noida; 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.All kinds of soil 2 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.All kinds of soil (CSI-2.28.1) 3 (Carriage for 5.0 km lead by Mechanical Transport including loading, Unloading and stacking)Good earth . (CSI-2241+10% CP) 4 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil. (2.8.1) 5 Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but , excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). 6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights: Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.( 5.9.1) 7 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.(Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.) 8 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form forColumns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts (5.9.6) 9 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 10 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (4.1.8) 11 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (6.1.1) 14 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.(10.1) 15 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.(10.2) 16 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement,including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate (11.3.1) 17 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) (13.4.1) 18 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture(13.62.1) 19 Arranging and spreding 75 mm thick broken grit 20 mm (Granite stone)uniformfor turfing over 100mm thick base course of C.C. In 1:4:8 (1cement:4coarse sand: 8, 40mm stone ballast) top finish by brooming of cement mortar 1:4(1cement: 4 Coarse sand) including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion. (CSI-5.31 NSI) 20 Supply and filling brick bat in soak pit including all labour,material and T&P etc complete. (for 01 soak pit) (CSI-6.23 NSI) 21 Supply of 28 mm. dia M.S. Anchor bolts (conforming to IS 266)900 mm. long with base plate (75x75x6mm) welded with anchor boltsincluding its threading upto a length of 10cm. and also supplyof a pair of galvanized standard nuts with threading including supply of 5 mm thick washer and cost of labour, material & T&P for proper completion of work 22 Fixing and grouting28 mm and above dia bolts in properalignment level and setout with help of a template completeincluding supply of all labour & T&P etc. required for propercompletion of the work.(labour rates only) . 23 Supplyof 25 mm dia.M.S. Anchor bolts (conforming to IS-226) 500 mmlong with base plate(50x50x6 mm)welded with anchor bolts,including its threading upto a length of 10cm. and galvanizing upto 15cm from top, also supply of a pair of galvanized standard nuts with threading including supply of 5mm thick washer and cost of labour material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (NSI 9.14) 24 Fixing and grouting 25 mmand below dia M.S. Anchor bolt in proper alignment level and setout with the help of a template including supply of all labour T&P etc. reqd. for proper completion of the work. (labour rates only) .(NSI 9.15) 25 Fixing and grouting of trench edging in proper level andalignment including cost of all labour, and T&P etc. required forproper completion of the work but excluding cost of C.C. (labour rates only) .(NSI 9.30) 26 Fixing of template in position level and alignment for groutingof Anchor bolt in main gantry (labour rate only). 27 Fixing of template in position level and alignment for groutingof Anchor bolt in auxiliary structure. (labour rate only). (CSI No. 9.32) 28 Fixing of cable trench racks in proper position and alignment including cost of all labour, material and T&Petc. required for proper completion of the work (Labour rate only).(NSI 9.33) 29 Champering the edge of concrete in auxiliary structure, of size 25 mm wide in triangular section including all materials, labour & T&P etc complete. (NSI 11.18) 30 Placing of trench cover of all size in proper position including transportation from different places within the S/S area including all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. (NSI 20.11) 31 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift. 32 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge 33 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 34 Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
