Tender For Civil Works For Poly House At Randd In Fact Fert-Uc. => Limited; 1 Civil works for poly house at R&Din FACT Fert-UC. 2 Earthwork excavation in all classes of soil except hard rock requiring blasting for foundation trenches, drains, column footings, equipment foundations etc. not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sq.m on planincluding filling in basement and sides of foundation with the spoil earth in layers, breaking clods, watering, ramming and consolidating and conveying and depositing the excess spoil or filling in low lying area and levelling within an initial lead of 50m and lift upto 1.5m etc.complete. 3 Cement concrete work in 1:4:8 mix using first class 40mm nominal size hard granite broken stones including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing etc. complete foundation/levelling course, flooring etc completebut excluding cost of form work. 4 Providing reinforcement to RCC works at all levels with MS or deformed bars including all charges for uncoiling and straightening rods, cutting rods, bending cold, placing in position and tying with tying wire of suitable gauge etc.complete.( Only Reinforcement Rods will be issued free of cost by the company ) 5 Providing form work to RCC / CC works with necessary wooden planks, joists, runners, struts, posts etc. including removal after completion/ curing for foundation footings, machine equipment foundations and pedastals over foundation footings, sides of trench walls, plinth beams and rafts, pile caps and mass concrete works etc.at all levels inside factory area. 6 RCC work 1:1 1/2:3 nominal mix using first class 20mm and down grade hard granite broken stones including all charges for mixing, laying, consolidating, curing, handling and fixing in position, etc. complete but excluding cost of formwork and reinforcement for foundation footing, bottom and sides of trench, raft, plinth beams and pedestal over foundation footing of all shapes pile caps and mass concrete 7 Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete. 8 Supplying and fixing roofing and side cladding with1mm thick U V stabilised clear polycarbonate sheet (As per IS:14443) up to any pitch including supplying & fixing with all accessories like SS 304 bolts and nuts of 8mm dia., SS washer 25 mm OD&1mm minimum thick & EDPM washer including applying a seal coat at the top projecting portion of the bolts with roofing compound etc. complete at all heights. (Laid area will be measured for payment purposes). 9 Cleaning and applying priming coat with water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture, havingVOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre on all surface. 10 Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour,One coat - of exterior grade. 11 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge - With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)
