Tender For Fabrication And Erection Of Structural Members For Providing Approach Platform To Eot Crane In Spp; 1 Fabrication and erection of structural members forproviding approach platform to EOT Crane in SPP as per the attached drawing and instructed by EIC. Jobincludes fabrication and welding of MS structural steelof various cross sections using SMAW, painting withone coat of red oxide and two coat of finish paint,fixing of gratings, erection and de-erection of scaffolding as per site requirements and directed by the EIC. All consumables like welding electrodes, paint,primer, buffing wheels, machines, tools, tackles, slings/rope, D-shackles, chain-pulley blocks, etc. shall beunder contractor’s scope. Arrangement of scaffolding materials including scaffolding pipes, clamps, jail,rope, tools & tackles, etc. are in contractor scope 2 Installation of plane electric arc welded hot-dipgalvanized MS gratings on newly erected platform,ensuring precise fitting and secure fixing with structural support. 3 Supply of MS structural material of various cross -section ISMB, ISMC, ISA up to 150 mm section 4 Supply of Plain gratings with 40mm × 5mm MSbearing bars at 40mm spacing, and 12mm × 5mm MS flat cross bars at 100mm spacing, hot-dip galvanized per IS 4759 with minimum 610 g/m² zinc coating,ensuring uniform, defect-free finish and compliancewith IS 2062 steel standards.
