Tender For Providing, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Automatic Tube Cleaning System For The Condensers Of 4 X 450 Tr Water Cooled Chiller Ac Plant At Iit Delhi; 1 Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Automatic Tube Cleaning System (ATCS) with common (for all four chillers) injection cum collection pump or separate pumps for injection and collection with microprocessor controlled injection system for pushing an external cleaning agent such as soft balls or stars through the water cooled condenser tubes having option for setting frequency of injection from microprocessor based control panel, equipped with control valves for reversing direction of cleaning agents that can be operated from chiller panel, complete with pumps with required Y-strainers on suction side and NRVs on discharge side in compliance with the attached specifications. The work shall include Ball Trap installation by piping modifications at appropriate location of condenser outlet pipe, necessary piping work, providing power connection with suitable size of cable from distribution panel to ATCS and from each chiller panel to ATCS pump panel, carrying out descaling and complete cleaning of condenser tubes before commissioning, opening and refitting of condenser dish ends, necessary interlocking from chiller panel to ATCS panel etc. complete as required. 2 SUB HEAD - 2 (AMC) (Supplementary agreement shall be formed after DLP) under ARMO Fund 3 Comprehensive (Routine, Preventive and Breakdown) maintenance of ATCS including its all accessories, time to time checking of components, electrical circuits, etc. for smooth operation of the entire unit during the defect liability period of 1 year after date of commissioning as per maintenance schedule. (No payment shall be made separately for this period): 1st Year - 1 Job free of cost 4 Comprehensive (Routine, Preventive and Breakdown) maintenance of ATCS including its all accessories, time to time checking of components, electrical circuits, etc. for smooth operation of the entire unit after defect liability period of 1 year from the date of commissioning as per maintenance schedule. Any breakdown shall be attended within 4 hours of reporting. Spare parts required during breakdown maintenance shall be arranged and replaced by the Contractor. This is applicable for the whole system of AC units installed.(N.B.: 01 Job means during a period of one year)
