Tender For 19) Various Roads Repair And Other Works Block Peepalkhunt-Providing, laying and spreading of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded Material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRTH Specification : clause No. 401.Grading-III 2 Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, brush, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps, disposal of unserviceable Material and depositing and stacking of serviceable Material upto 1000m from road boundary. (MoRTH Specification : Clause 201).BY MECHANICAL MEANS 3 Making up loss of Material/irregularities on shoulder to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment. (Maintenance of Earthen shoulder with filling fresh soil) with average depth of 150mm. (MoRTH specification : Clause 3003) 4 Restoration of rain cuts with soil, moorum, gravel or a mixture of these, clearing the loose soil, benching for 300mm width, laying fresh Material in layers not exceeding 250mm and compacting with plate compactor or power rammers to restore the original alignment, levels and slopes. (MoRTH specification : Clause 3002) 5 Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved Material obtained from borrow-pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to require slope and compacted by vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to meet requirement of Table 300-2 as per MoRTH specification : Clause No. 305.
