    Tender Document Air Conditioning Works For Sbi Gurukula Kangadi Branch Haridwar SPLIT/ CASSETTE TYPE AIR CONDITIONERS 1 Supplying, erection, testing and commissioning following wall mounted Split/ Root mounted cassette units of (Toshiba/ Mitsubhishi/ Hitachi/ O-General/ Bluestar /Voltas/ Carrier) with cordless remote complete with all necessary fittings duly insulated with 9 mm thick nitrile rubber pipe insulation with (All coils – copper only), fan and fan motor, machine control panel improved Refrigerant Joints, .Air conditioners shall be fitted with hermetically sealed type suction cooled reciprocating or discharge cooled rotary compressor or scroll compressor. Compressor unit operating on R32/ R-410. All complete as per drawing, approval and instructions of the Architect/ Employer. Item to include powder coated outdoor stands as per the manufacturer specifications.(Rates to be inclusive of Copper refrigerant pipe with insu Moisture Content and Specific Gravity Test preparation and procedure: a) Measurement and weight: Prior to each test, the dimensions of each test specimen shall be measured correct to 0.01 cm and the specimen shall be weighed correct to 0.001 gm. b) Control of moisture content: Before the preparation of the test specimens for testing in the seasoned condition, the material shall be brought practically to constant weight by storage under controlled conditions at 27o C + 2 o C temperature and 65 + 5% relative humidity. This is expected to bring the moisture content at 12% but if it is not exactly 12% it is permitted to test in the neighbourhood of 12% and results shall be adjusted to 12% moisture content. The test shall be made under such conditions that large changes in moisture content do not occur. c) Control of temperature: To avoid significant changes in strength properties all test specimen shall be tested within the temperature range of 27o+ 2 o C.
