Tender For Repair And Maintenance Of Window And Split Acs, Water Coolers And Ro Systems Installed In Balak Ram Hospital.; 1 Comprehensive annual maintenance contract for Window type AC of 1.5 ton for one year i.e. repair of compressor/defective part i/c cooling coil/discharge coil/running capacitor/blower/fan blade/filter/gas refilling/as per requirement complete as required including material and servicing for proper functioning of air conditioner. 2 Comprehensive annual maintenance contract for Split type AC of 1.5 ton for one year i.e. repair of PCB compressor/defective part i/e cooling coil/ dischargecoil/ running capacitor/blower/fan blade/filter/gas refiling/as per requirement complete as required including material and servicing for proper functioning of air conditioner. 3 S/I/T/C of compressor of water cooler up to 150 litres including making piping connections/charging etc. as reqd. (1 Ton Capacity) as per OEM installed make 4 Gas charging (R-22) of water cooler with complete work as required 5 Running capacitor. (36 micro farad) 6 Thermostat switch 7 Float valve 8 Motor capacitor (4 micro farad) 9 Condenser fan blade 10 S/I/T/C of condenser motor of water cooler etc. including connections as reqd. (1/5 HP) as per OEM installed make 11 Repair of condenser coil with help of welding set for water cooler etc. as reqd. 12 Comprehensive AMC of stainless steel body self-contained drinking water cooler with cooling capacity 150ltr per hr, storage capacity 150 ltr and suitable for 230V supply as required for one year i.e. repair of compressor defective part including condenser coil / condenser motor/ discharge coil/running capacitor/Thermostat switch/Float valve/ Motor capacitor/ Condenser fan blade/ gas charging/ as per requirement complete as required including material and servicing for proper functioning of water cooler. 13 S & F of Carbon Candle of UV type Water Purifier/RO System complete as required as per OEM installed make 14 Replacement of Membrane RO system complete as required (0.1 micron) as per OEM installed make 15 Replacement of Span FILTER for RO System complete as required (0.1 micron) as per OEM installed make 16 Replacement of CTO for RO System complete as required (0.1 micron) as per OEM installed make 17 Replacement of Solenoid valve for RO System complete as required as per OEM installed make 18 Replacement of SMPS of water Purifier including connections etc. as required (25 Watt/3.5 Amp) as per OEM installed make 19 S/I/T/C of RO pump suitable for RO system capacity of 50LPH etc. complete as required. (100 GPD) as per OEM installed make 20 Comprehensive AMC of wall mounted Reverse Osmosis (RO) plus UV plus UF water purifier with upto50 ltr/hr purification capacity and storage tank upto 9 litres capacity for one year with replacement of defective parts including Carbon candle/ RO membrane/ span filter or solenoid valve/ CTO/SMPS/ UV tube/ choke/RO pump/ circuit board etc. 21 Providing and installation of Outdoor copper condenser coil in 2 Ton Split Unit 22 Leak detection plugging thereof, complete with reprocessing dehydration and gas charging in Ton Split AC’s 23 Repair of PCB circuit for 2 Ton Split AC’s Unit 24 S/I/T/C of stand for split AC 25 S/I/T/C of copper pipe for split AC 26 S/I/T/C of Drain Pipe 27 S/I/T/C of 3 Core, 4 Sqmm.
