Tender For Work Of For Carraige, Dismantaling & Replacement Of Defective 132 Kv Cb And 36 Kv Vcbat 132 Kv S/S Kasimabad, Sadat And Saidpur Under Etd-Ghazipur. - Safes shifting & loading of 36 KV VCB (BHEL Make) with the help by crane on private vehicle at 132 KV S/S Kundesar. 2 Safe carraige of 36 KV VCB from 132 KV S/S Kundesar to 132 KV S/S Kasimabad (Approx. distance 40 Km) 3 Safes Unloading & stacking of 36 KV VCB with the help by crane from private vehicle at 132 KV S/S Kasimabad. 4 Dismantling of defective Simens make VCBs with its structure of33 KV Spare bay at132 KV S/S Kasimabad and 33 KV Chochakpur pump canal bay at 132 KV S/S Saidpur as per instruction manual of equipments and technical specification, cutting earthing, removing 06 Nos jumper and all electrical wiring/cable from TBs of breaker includig all other associated work to complete the job Satisfactory. 5 Erection of new 33 KV BHEL make VCB at 33 KV Alawal bay of 132 KV Kasimabad & 33 KV Chochakpur Pump Canal bay at 132 KV S/S Saidpur as per instruction manual of equipments and technical specification including modification of structure /leg foundation and shifting of material from store to work site includig all other associated work to complete the job Satisfactory. 6 Re-jumpering of 33 KV VCB using single/double panther/zebra conductor from CT & BSI etc.as per required and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactory.(06 Nos at 132 KV Saidpur and 06 Nos at 132 KV kasimabad) 7 Earthing with MS flat 50x6 mm (Provided by the contractor) ( 10 RMT at Saidpur & 10 RMT at Kasimabad) 8 Cabling, Termination, ferruling, glanding etc. with all associated works (Glands, ferrules & lugs shall be supplied by the contractor) 9 Laying of following size control cables from control and relay panels to various equipment junctions boxes etc. in swithchyard as per cable schedule its binding at every 1.5 meter distance with M.s saddle including carriage of cable from store to work site and shifting back to store and all associated works to complete the job satisfactory. 10 2C.2.5 sq mm 11 4C x 2.5 sq mm 12 6C x 2.5 sq mm 13 Termination of above cable as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in gland plates of boxes where ever required including supply and fixing of cable glands of approximate size and to provide ferrules and nos. For each core of cable and its termination with all the other associated works to complete the job. 14 2C.2.5 sq mm 15 4C x 2.5 sq mm 16 6C x 2.5 sq mm 17 Earthing of Auxiliary structure of VCB by M.S. Strips of one coat red oxide primer and two coat with green colour and all associated work to complete the job satisfactory M.S. Flat will be provided by the contractor.( 10 meter at Saidpur & 10 meter at Kasimabad) 18 50x6 mm 19 Dismantling ofdefective Simens make 145 KV SF-6 Gas circuit Breaker at 40 MVA T/R-I bay at 132 KV S/S Sadat by disconnecting the AC supply, DC supply and control cable connections and opening of nuts, bolts, jumpers, earthing and dismantling of all three poles safely along with copper pipe line of circuit breaker. This work also includes shifting of dismentled material to the store as per instruction of the supervising engineer with the help of crane Hydra. The work also includes dismantling the mechanism housing, horizontal frame unit and its shifting to store. 20 Erection of New 145 KV SF-6 Gas Circuit Breaker at 132 40 MVA T/R -I bay at 132 KV S/S Sadat. This work includes unpacking of entire three Poles from crates safely. Fixing of supporting structure after opening of protection covers & fixing of interrupting units on the frame as per drawing/Manual & as per intruction given by engineer incharge. This work also includes connections of all mechanical linkages, earthing (painted with green colour) etc to complete the job satisfactorily. This work also includes all the modification required for fixing base legs and earthing of new circuite breakers with the the help of welding machine/gas cutter etc. The connection of all jumpers clamps etc to complete the erection work satisfactorily.
