Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 3no (40+40)KVA Online UPS System for various GSM Core Elements at TE building, Saifabad (Replacement against life expired). SH: misc works.; 1 Removing of power cables from the exisitng panel and terminating to the above panel inluding providing lugs (if required) including interconnections, testing etc., as required. 2 Supplying and fixing of 63A FP MCB in the existing DB suitable for operaiton on 415V, 50Hz, AC supply including interconnections, testing etc., as required.M/s MDS or SS make 3 Providing and fixing of Galvanised Perforated Iron Cable Tray of size 100mm x 50mm in convinient sections including joining with connectors, fixing on wall etc., as required 4 Fixing of existing Galvanised Perforated Iron Cable Tray of size 100mm x 50mm in convinient sections including joining with connectors, fixing on wall etc., as required 5 Laying of existing single core 35sqmm copper cable for UPS input/output in the existing cable trary including fixing the the cable on the tray with plastic tags etc., as required. 6 Providing 4 no copper lugs to the 35sqmm copper cables using crimping tools including connecting the cables to the existing UPS, testing etc., as required. 7 Supplying and fixing 100A Copper bus bars for RYBN in suitable size MS/PVC box including fixing the busbars on suitable insulators etc., complete as required. 8 Repairing / Servicing of 30KVA UPS including transporting the UPS to the work shop and back, arranging labour for loaing and unloaing, identifing the fault in the UPS, replacing the faulty items (if required) like IGBT, capacitors, PCB board etc., complete as required. 9 Providing and fixing of angle iron stand for fixing 2no existing 1.5TR Split AC including cutting, welding, painter etc., complete as required. 10 Laying of exisitng 2x6 sqmm armoured cable from old EA room to Engine Alternator Set including fixing on wall/ceiling etc., complete as required. 11 Replacing of faulty LED rope light along with adopters at terrace of BSNL Bhavan (S+G+12 floors) of approximate length 60mtr including indentifing faulty rope and replacingwith white LED rope light for outdoor use with 120 LEDs/mtr, light output 700 luments/mtr, 8Watt/mtr suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz, AC supply including removing faulty LED rop light, fixing new LED rope lights with plastic tags to the existing neon tubes, interconnections, testing etc., as required. 12 Supplying and fixing of Quartz Analog Daily Timer Switch suitable for operation on 240V, 50Hz AC supply including interconnections, testing etc., as required.
