Tender For Renovation Of Street Lights In Ncl Colony Campus; 1 (SITC of Pole)Supplyinganderecting, Testing & commissiosning 6mtr high Hot Deep Galvanised Octagonal pole with Bottom 130mmA/F and top of 70mm A/F, 3mm thicknesswith base plate 200x200x12mm of approved shape on provided foundation with single arm cap type bracket arm of approved design suitable to accomodate 45 to 70 WattsLED street light fitting. The pole should be provided with MS base plate of suitable size with tamplate & GI nut bolts.Test certificate from manufacturer should be produced.The pole should be provided with in built junction box with SPMCB 6/10Amp mounted on channel & Bakelite connectors of suitable size for looping.The pole should have bolting arrangement for terminating GI earthing wire/Strip. rate is inclusive of the single arm bracket made of GI of approved shape & design, .(Rate is without pit.) 2 ( C.C. foundation for pole) Providing & casting cement concrete foundation forgrouting above pole mentioned in item No.1 in M-20 grade reinforcedcement concreteof size up to 600mm x 600mmx1.50mtr.deep including excavation in all stratas suitable for 5 to 6 Mtr high octagonal /Conical GI pole. Rate should be inclusive ofsupply of steel, concrete, excavation & fixing provided nut bolts wih the help oftemplate as per design in an approved manner.The foundation should be watered for curing & painted with cement paint as required by site engineer.(For street light poles ) 3 (Trench for laying cable)Making trench 75cm deep& 30cmwide in groundincluding excavation in ground forlaying cables and refilling the same withsand,half rou nd RCC pipes above the cable & remaining portionduly filled with excavated material afterremovingstoneandother sharp material, etc including site cleaning as required by site Engineer.(Rate is inclusive of laying 2x 2.5sqmm. cable in trench or through G.I.pipe laid at road crossing). 4 Supplying, fixing& laying of50 mm Dia DWC pipe of Polyethylene (confirming to Is 14930-II)(Similar to TELEREX/ELETREX) with necessary connecting sockets /couplings ,tees of same material at required depth & fixed to the pole with necessaryclamp of MS.The pipe should be fixed to the pole & coping in such a way that it should be easy to replace the cable through it.(For swan neck poles) 5 (Street Light Fitting) Supplying, installing, testing & commisioningon streetlight pole LED type street light fitting 60W,Make:-Havells:- Make .Model: EnduraSundown TG, Cat No: ENDURASUNDOWNSL60WLED765PASYBOTGor equivalent of JAQUAR/SURYA/PHILIPS Make complete with Driver etc. The LED Light fiting should have minimum 2 years replacement warranty. Rate is inclusive of:- 1)Testing fitting by actual giving the supply. 2)Labour charges required for fixing fitting on the New pole / Existing pole. 6 (Cable Laying) Supplying & laying ,erectingin excavated cable trench / on wall /trusses / pole or laid in provided trench / pipe as per specification. PVCarmoured Cu.Conductor cable, 2 core x 2.5sqmm, complete erected with glands & lugs at every pole/panel.Make:Polycab/ Gloster/ Havells/ Finolex, copper conductor 1.1KV grade. Also to supply & lay a contineous G.I. earth wire of 2 x 12 SWG all along the length of cable. (Before supplying the cable actual measurements at site should be taken in consultation with site Engineer.) 7 (Flexible Cable)Supplying laying inside the octagonal pole & Connecting PVC insulated Copper conductor3 core flexible cable FRLS Polycab/Finolex/RPG:-Make of size3 cx1.5 Sq.mm by taking inside thepole & connecting to fitting. 8 (Pole Painting) Painting with of steel tubular/ rail/ RSJ pole above 6.0m length along with street light pole brackets, clamps etc with one coat of redoxide and 2 coats of silver paint , by scrapping the existing paint complete as required by site Engineer.
