Tender For Installation Of 16 Mtr High Mast Light At Csd Depot, Bareilly Under Ge West Bareilly; 1 Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr width and not exce 1.5 mtr in depth in soft/loose soil and getting complete all as specified and directed. 2 Removal of excavated material to a disance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 3 Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 thick for soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 4 Supply and LayingXLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor cable, laid in trench or fixed to wall / passing through pipe/ pole complete of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for sand cushioning /sand covering for underground cable protection and consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L bricks with sub class B locally available laid in trenches above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. 7 Supply & fixing PVC insulated & sheathed stranded copper cable 5 core of cross sectional area 2.5 sq mm for proving necessary electrical connection from feeder pillar box to light fittings including with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for Galvanised Steel Tubing Pipe 40 mm bore (dia), light grade with Bend, laid in Trenches or under Roads crossing/Flooring/Culverts/Footpath complete all as specified and as directed. 9 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm grade aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete including dismantling/excavation/cutting road/hardstanding in trenches not exc 1.50 mtr wide and not exc 1.50 mtr in depth complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for replacement of Earthing with Galvanised Earth Plate Electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directlyin Ground (Earth Pit not less than 2.25 Metre below Ground Level) with Top edge of the Plate not less than 1.50 Metre below Ground Level, connected to galvanised earth Strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel Earth Plate surrounded by a packed thickness of Char Coal or Coke Dust mixed with Common Salt in alternate layers of not exc. 150mm thick, PCC Pit in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) with Cast iron cover 10mm thick hinged, Cast Iron Frame, MS Rod 6mm, Funnel, GI Pipe 20mm medium grade all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I including necessary Excavation in Soft/Loose Soil, Returning, Filling in and Removal of surplus Spoil upto a distance of 50.00 Metre and and Testing on Completion, complete all as per specified and as directed. 11 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 15 Mtr height galvansed high mast system complete all as specified and comprising the following:-(a) One No mast shaft in two section, hot dip, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3,having only one longitudinal seam weld per section and No circumferential weld. Mast should have accessories including head frame, 2 point suspension system with steel wire rope 6 mm dia, double drum winch, Galvanised lantern carriage arrangement suitable for up to 9 luminaires symmetrically, lighting finial & integral power tool for rising and lowering operation of high Mast.(b) SS foundation bolt alongwith nuts, bolts washers, anchor plate and templates as per the design and drawing of manufacturer.(c) M&L for Twin aviation obstruction LED light with electric cable complete -01 No. and wiring complete . (d) M&L for construction of suitable shallow foundation with 1:2:4 concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/Sq Mtr at 2 Mtr depth as per manufacturer design - 01 job 12 Supply and fix LED Flood Light fitting, 200/210 watt capacity as mentioned under, in high pressure die cast aluminium housing with lens and toughened glass cover with integrated constant current electronic driver complete all as specified and directed and complying with the following specifications:-(a) Minimum efficacy 120 lumen/watt(b) CRI not less than 70, (c) THD < 10%(d) Power factor not less than 0.95(e) Having in built short circuit and surge protection upto 5 kV and 10 KV External surge protection. (f) Colour temperature not less than 5700 degree K(g) Life not less than 50000 hours of operation(h) Weather protection grade: IP66(NOTE: (1) Contractor shall ensure that luminaire provided comply with the aforesaid specifications.
