Renovation Renovation (Navinikaran) Of Service Road (Nahar Patri) Of Dy. Faridpur From Km. 8.390 To Km. 9.667 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting torequired density complete work.(WBM Grading-2)per Technical Specifications Clause 405. 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 (with 22.4 - 53 mm size st. ballast) as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 3 Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at rate of 0.70 to 1.0 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. 4 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.300 to 0.350kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 5 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using viscosity grade bitumento required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour laying and rolling with a smooth wheeledroller finished to required level and gradesas per Technical Specification Clause 510). 6 Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat by HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hours using crushed stone chipping 6.75 mm size and penetation bitumen suitable grade as per Technical Specification Clause 511. 7 Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil,excavation to be in the regular pits not excedding 0.50 m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm.layers,including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels & slopes & also including 1.50 lift & 30.00 m lead.The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with 30 m.Distance as directed by the engineer in charge(excluding Royality).
