Tender For Special Repair To Barbed Wire And Chain Link Fencing At Fad Under Ge Panagarh; 1 Dismantling post (Wood/Steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed portion, complete all as specified and directed. 2 Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.[Note : Plain Cement Concrete to be filled in, and the same shall be measured & paid separately.] 3 M&L Plain Cement Concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed 4 S&F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters,nosingtosteps includingembedinginconcrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roofincludingmild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed ,drilling holes , notching for wire,etc, flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc.) top section fixed including all necessary drilling,bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed. 5 S&F framed work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted, or forged into spickes; framed guard bars; barried iron door; ladders; framed balustars; walk ways; railings; framed work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L mild steel round bars 10mm, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking end binding with binding wire and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified & directed. 7 S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) of 5 to 10 mm diameter of neck with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screw other and each screw end to be fixed with washers and not exc 5 cm long complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new surface over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surface of any description, n.exc 10 cm in width or girth not other wise described all as specified and directed. 9 M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new surface over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surface of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not other wise described all as specified and directed. 10 Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing of mesh size 75 x 75 mm with minimum dia. of wire 4.00 mm & conforming to IS: 2721-2003 with additional Anti Corrosive coating as per IS : 158 for better protection against rust & corrosion of hazard environment/ climatic condition, fixed to MS fencing posts and securing with nuts, bolts and fillets etc and tying with MS binding wire etc by weight not less than 3.10 Kg per Sqm, complete all as specified and directed. 11 Fixing only chain link MS galvanised fencing, including line wires ,any mesh ,size and any type of standard ,rail,straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire to MS fencing posts and securing with nuts, bolts and fillets etc and tying with MS binding wire etc, including dismantling old unserviceable fencing, complete all as specified and directed.[Note : Chain link fencing will be measured & paid under BOQ item No. 10.00 separately] 12 S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing as per IS : 278-2009 with additional Anti corrosive coating as per IS : 158 for better protection against rust & corrosion of hazard environment/ climatic condition (minimum weight per metre shall be 100 gms) and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line wire to be measured) including dismantling old unserviceabe barbed wire, complete all as specified and directed. 13 S&F 600-610mm concertina coil, super razor punched barb tape (SRBT) aluminium base helix coil with and including necessary GI fixing clips for securing complete all as specified and directed with following specifications: -(a) Dia of coil (when unstretched) : 600-610 mm (6 metre openable length of each coil)(b) No of rounds: 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length(c) Weight of each coil with hessian pack - 8.5 Kg (+0.5)(d) Central Core wire : Made from wire 2.5 mm (+0.05) dia GI high tensile stainless steel as per IS-4454 galvanized as per IS : 2629(e) 6 spirals per Running meter(f) Razor Punched Strip: Steel comprising of Aluminium base with Zinc Alloy of 150kg/sq mm conforming to ASTM A-792/A-792M with additional primer treatment of Epoxy/ Polyurethene & Final Paint Top coat of approved shade by Hot dipping process, with tape (0.52mm thick blade) and and fixing the same withexistingY-shape angleiron placed 2m apart and with 6 horizontal R.B.T.
