Tender For Addition Alteration To Door Of Ops Complex Of Lodger Units At Af Stn Ambala Under Ge Af Ambala; 1 Taking down chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from the frame) exceeding 1.5 Square Metre and not exceeding 04 Square Metre each , removing from the site including cutting holes required fortaking out existing hold fast etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Supply and fixing 40-45 mm thick, First Class Hard Wood (Teak), plain framed panelled shutter (Two Panels), with lock rail and panel of 9 mm thick B.W.P commercial ply leeping with 3mm thick Teak face veneered on both sides, sizes of rail and stiles as per IS 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned, and chemical pressure treated, edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded with and including First Class Hard Wood (Teak), chowkhat of size 60 x 100mm made to shape fixed in wall with PCC 1:2:4, type B0 using stone aggregate, including finishing the door & chowkhat surface with sanding, applying wood filler and make the smooth surface with polishing of best quality complete in all respect and includes the following builders hard ware :-(a) Stainless Steel, heavy weight butt hinges, ISI marked, 04 Nos to each door.(b) Lath with lock, having handles both side, best quality 01 No to each door.(c) Designers door stoppers 01 No to each door.(d) Palmate hydraulic door clouser (Operated the door both side inside & out side) 01 No to each door.Notes : (i) The builders hardware as mentioned above shall be of best quality, ISI market, heavy weight of makes as approved by GE.(ii) Polishing work shall be done with best quality polish & finishes as approved by GE.(iii) Quoted rate against the said item includes to making good the disturbed surface with the adjoining finishes as directed. 3 The amount of credit schedule shall be deducted in total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive contract sum.
