Tender For Certain Repair To Drain, Fencing And Sewage Pipe Lines With Other Connected Works In Muradpur, Khasa And 230Su Under Age (I) Air Force Amritsar.; 1 S&F chain link MS galvanised fencing made of 3.98 to 4.00mm thick (08 Guage) galvanised wire and the length of side of mesh of 50 to 56.50mm (Gap) weight of chain link fence (exc 4 Kg/Sqm) complete fixed to the fencing posts as indicated or as directed by Engr-in Charge. 2 S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.;including all necessary drilling, welding, bolting or riveting, etc., conforming to Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) complete all as specified and directed by Enge in charge. 3 S&F Mild steel round bars (410- W(Gde- E-250) 6 to 8mm dia as inchain link fencing, fixed to concrete post with mild steel nuts, bolts and washers and tying to GI chain link fencing with 2mm dia GI wirecompleteall as specified and directed 4 Supply & Fixing Mild steel flat iron conforming to Fe 410-0as in rail/fillets for securing chain link fencing including drilling holes etc. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 5 Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.5 Cum and getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc. 25 cm, watering and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exc. 50 m and making good surface in soft / loose soil completeall as specified and directed. 6 M&L for dismantling posts or struts (wood , steel or RCC ) any section in concrete, brickwork etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 7 M&L for dismantling of fencing wiremesh of anytype all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 8 M&L for two coat of synthentic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described including prepartion of surface complete all as specified and directed. 9 Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed 10 M&LPCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggr as in foundation, filling and mass concrete specified and directed by engineer in charge. 11 M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggr as in sub base/foundation all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 12 Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved design & pattern and colour as in footpath , parks , lawns,drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength , thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould , laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand , compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator,filling joints with sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern,finishing and sweeping extra sand including coping at sides of tiles from PCC1:2:4 all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 13 Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone/saucer drain of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete. 14 M&L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggr as in sub base all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 15 M&L for coloured vitrified tiles heavy duty area of each tiles exceeding .06 sqm to .18 sqm8-10mm thick, colour and design as approved,set and jointed using neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement or white cement mixed with pigment to match the surface, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge 16 Material and labour for taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls/ceiling , etc including raking out joints , hacking for key scrubbiong down with water etc complete all as specified 17 Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plastering on fair faces in cm 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces fair finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement but with using water proofing compound upto height 12 mtr complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge 18 Prepration of newly plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices,jafri etc. by brooming downandMaterial & Labour for applying Two or more coatsof 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint havingVOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance asper IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including primingcoat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces.Complete all as spc upto height 7.5 mtr 19 Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coats of first quality Acrylic weather coat emulsion paint on walls/facias/roof top/ramp Surface etc in disruptive pattern having percentage of Six- colour as 29.04% of RGB Value (143, 152, 113), 22.48% of RGB Value (112,139,86), 14.98% of RGB value (123,137,126), 13.80% of RGB Value (84,97,75), 14.15% of RGB Value (123, 137, 94) and 5.55%of RGB Value (206,193,141) as per sample approved by AGE(I) for building of height upto 9.5meter, over and including a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The rate quoted by contractor is demmed to includes preparation of surfaces of wall/roof(PCC/bricktiles) cleaning with wire brushesand necessary scaffolding for painting upto required height. 20 De-watering of septic tanks ,soakage wells,sump , static water tanks and grease trap of any depth,with sewer suction cum jetting machine /super honey sucker machine and draining out the same and taking out thick/solid sludge (sedimented sand sludge/grit ,ash rages , fibres and springe material etc)disposal of sludge/liquid outside MOD landin pit to be dug out sideand covering top with a layer of 25 mm thick earth filling compacting and levelling all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. , complete, all as directed and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.(i) Digging of pit shall be deemed to be included in unit rate.(ii) Contractor will maintain the hygienic condition in areaall the time by taking suitable required measures.(iii)Cost of earth work in the pit is deemedto be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer).(iv) Manual cleaning will be done with wirebrush and other tools to remove algae and other greasy material after dewatering in case of description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for 36 M&L for providing precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in precast manhole cover slab,chullah hoods, chajjas and other similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed 37 M&L mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mmdia and cut to length bent to shape required inclduing cranking bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annelaed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips. 38 Cleaning of underground sewage pipe line of 150mm dia including manholes by using suitable measures required as per site condition ( i.e sewage suction cum jetting machine. )and taking out all liquid ,solid waste matters,sewage and sludge,night soil refuse etc and burying in a pit to be dug out side the defence land and covering top of pit with earth in layers of 25mm thick ness each complete all as specified and as directed .(The rate shall be deemed to include cleaning of manholes also and the length shall be measured including manholes.) 39 ditto as per Ser Item No 38 above but 200 mm dia. 40 Dewatering and cleaning of man hole not exc 1.5 m depth, incl removing solid/liquid waste material from Man hole /tanks/pits by sewer suction machine/Honeysuckers or similar arrangementand depositing off the material to a distance exc. 1000 mtrs all as entirily complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 41 Dewatering and cleaning of man hole exc 1.5m depth but not exc 3.00 m depth, incl removing solid/liquid waste material from Man hole /tanks/pits by sewer suction machine/Honeysuckers or similar arrangementand depositing off the material to a distance exc. 1000 mtrs all as entirily complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 42 Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains 150mm internal dia old pipe and making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for forming branch channel (1/2 Band to 3/4 section ) in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregatesmooth finished, and reforming benching as required all as specified and directed 43 Cleaningof blocked/chocked gully trap, floor trap,WHB, WC etc upto first man holes of any type and anydia anddepthremoving the sludge/solid contentby mechenical method and cleaning the sewage line upto first manholeby mechanical means at the discretion of the contractor at his own arrangementso as to remove the blockage and making the sewer line/manholefully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr In Chargeincluding removing the sludgebeyond 50 mtr from bldgand repositioning the manhole cover in positionand refixing of grating complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge. 44 M&L for Cleaning of blocked manholes of depth not exceeding 1.5 m, of any size, bailing out sludge/foreign matter and removing the same and burying in grounds at depth 1.00Mtr below GL at a distance n.exc 50 Mtr and placing back the manhole cover in original position 45 All as per item No. 44 above but depth exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3.0 m etc complete all as specified. 46 Material and labour for applying one coat of exterior plastic emulsion paint on PCC kerb stone surface including making good to the surface of kerb stone by applying and rendering joints with CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.Make - Asian Paints,Berger and Nerolac. 47 S&F 32 mm dia PVC flexible pipe of suitable length for wash hand basin or urinal fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.
