The meter shall communicate with Head End System (HES) on any of the communication technologies mentioned in IS-16444 Part-I in a secure manner . The selection of communication technology should be as per the site conditions and as per design consideration of AMI Implementing agency to meet the performance. The smart meter should be based on RF Mesh communication technology or Cellular communication technology.The meter shall be provided with transparent polycarbonate ABS thermoplastic box with sealing arrangements of suitable size as per the requirement of OEM of Electric meter. The cost of meter should include the supply of current transformer, Rated burden 15 VA, Accuracy class 0.5 S, frequency 50 Hz and voltage class 660V effectively earthed and CT ratio suitable as (60/5 to 1000/5) complete all as directed.Note for serial item No. 02 to 04: (i)Bidder shall procure meter from three different manufacturer having minimum quantity of any one make shall not beless than 30% of total meter.(ii) Smart energy prepaid meter shall meet minimum specification criteria as per perticular specification , scope of work and technical specification.(iii) Bidder shall provide replacement warranty of 5 years from the date of activation of smart energy meter for any type of defect / fault/ error in reading / non functioning of smart feature.(iv) The smart energy meter shall not have built in soft keys for recharging through token system. (v) The cost of SIM deemed to be included in the quoted rate. |
| 5 | Recurring Monthly Sim charges (GPRS/Internet and SMS charges) to be paid to existing AMISP in the station , post commissioning and activation of smart energy meter for 06 month period or till time of succesful integration with existing AMISP. The LED luminaire manufacturer should have in-house NABL accredited lab to conduct type test, factory acceptance test before dispatch of material,LM79 test & IK test.The bidder shall submit the NABL accreditation of LED luminaire manufacturer alone with technical bid. The bidder shall submit the type test of luminaires & LM79 test reports issued by NABL accredited lab before supply of material complete all as specified and directed. |

The LED used shall have CCT of 5700K, SDCM ≤ 5 and CRI≥70. The housing should be made of LM6/ADC12 Alloy, non-corrosive Single Piece pressure die-cast aluminum, to withstand extreme environments. The spigot shall be part of “Single Piece Pressure Die-cast housing” & shall not be bolted to the luminaire housing to ensure robust design. The name of the brand should be embossed/engraved & should not be mentioned using sticker/screen printing. It should have corrosion resistant powder coating to pass NSS of 500 Hrs. The luminaire LED shall have declared Lifetime of 75K hours@L70. The product should be designed for continuous operation (10-12 Hrs. per day). The LED Luminaire & it\"s driver both should be BIS registered. contractor shall submit the following reports before supply of material for approvals: LM79 issued by NABL accredited lab, LM80 issued by LED manufacturer, Type Test report for luminaire as issued by NABL accredited lab, RoHS compliance issued by LED luminaire manufacturer, BIS certificate for LED Luminaire & Driver and including 1.2m long 32mm dia GI pipe light grade bend to shape and fixed using two nos clamps fabricated using MS Flat iron 40x5mm including necessary nut bolts and washers and making electrical connection using 1.5sqmm, 3 core multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and over all PVC sheathed cable form light fitting complete all as specified and directed |
