Tender For Repair /Maintenance Of 33/11 Kv Ht Ug Cable And Allied Works At Jaisalmer Station Under Ge (A) Jaisalmer.; 1 Excavation in trenchesnot exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying of cable/pipe/pole etc or soil for shaft, walls, cesspts, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting outSoft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Excavation in trenchesn.exc 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5 m depth and getting out soft/loose soil, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for laying cables/errection of poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositingwhere directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mabove the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 M&L for sand cushioning to underground PVC/XLPE cable and punning to provide required cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured 6 Supplying and laying Jodhpur stone quarry faced stone slab cover 25 to 30 cm in width, 50 to 60 cm long and 40 to 50 mm thick, laid dry and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over under ground cables for protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Taking down old HT under ground cable any size and description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Supply, laying & testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 185 sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Supply, laying & testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 150 sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 10 Supply, laying & testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 120 sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Supply, laying & testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 95 sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 12 Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 33000 Volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 185 Sqmm 3.0 Core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 Supply, Jointing and testing outdoor type cable termination heat shrinkablejoint kit suitable for size 95 Sq mm 3 core 11KV (unearthed cable) under ground XLPE cable and including taking down old unserviceable joint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 14 All as per item No. 13.00 here-in-before above but size of 185 Sqmm 3 Core. 15 Supply, Jointing and testing indoor type cable termination heat shrinkablejoint kit suitable for 95 Sq mm 3 core 11 KV (unearthed cable) under ground XLPE cable and including taking down old unserviceable joint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 16 All as per item No. 15.00 here-in-before above butsize of 185 Sqmm 3 Core . 17 Supply jointing and testing straight through heat shrinkablejoint kit suitable for 95 Sq mm 3 core 11 KV (unearthed cable) under ground XLPEcable complete and including taking down old unserviceable joint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 18 All as per item No. 17.00 here-in-before above but size of 185 Sqmm 3 Core . 19 M&L cable Jointing kit for 33 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 20 M&L cable Jointing kit for 33 KV (Earthed) grade cable for oudoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 21 Dismantling & taking out of9/11 mtr long PCC/RCC/Steel tubular poles after breaking the foundation concrete including necessary excavation of earth, filling the hole withbroken pieces of concrete and making good the disturbed area by filling excavated earth, obtained from the hole for new pole to be erected nearby area, to match with the surroudings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 22 M &L steel tubular swaged poles and complete with cast iron / M.S base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 mtrs long)including applying two coats of aluminium paint over acoat of red oxide metal primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :- The pole shall conform to IS 2713:1980 and each component pipe shall be ISI marked and conform to IS 1161. 23 Preparation of the old decorated existing externalsteel surfaces for HT/LT feeder pillar boxes/panels/boards of any description and in any position including removal of disintegrated & deteriorated paint either by hand scrpping or by blow stopping as required and applying tow coats of synthetic enameled paint (grey in colour) with using spray machine on old prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 24 Dismantling & taking down ACSR conductor, of any size, after taking necessary shut down, for 11 KV HT OH line, by loosening the binding wires, jumpers etc.forreplacement of insulator / cross arms etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 25 Dismantling & taking down cross arms of MSchannels or angle sections etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 26 Supply fabricate, fixing structural mild steel RS joist, channel angle iron, flate iron and brackets etc for fabrication of cross arms, bracing supports clamps including D clapms, eye hook and back plate etc fabricated from structural steel section inclduing nuts, bolts,washers, welding (Cold and Hot) drilling holes for bolts, bend to any shape or size as indicated and directed, inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 27 Re-fixing of cross arms/clamps/nuts/bolts/washers etc. on the refixed/new PCCC/RCC poles of any length complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :- MSchannels or angle sections etc obtained from serialitem No. 25.00 28 S&F ACSR conductor of size, as required at site, duly binded with insulators, jumpers etc.fixed on poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 29 Re-stringing and re-connection of ACSR duly binded with insulators, jumpers etc. fixed on poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- ACSR conductor, of any size obtained from serial item No. 24.00 30 S&F in repair, pin type, porcelain, vitreous,white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. 31 S&F in repair, disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous with hardware,145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, single disc assembly for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 32 S&F in repair insulator, disc type,porcelain series in three with hardware, vitreous,white, brown or green of suitable size socket type, single disc assembly for tension clamp for conductor working pressure 33000 Volt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 33 S&F in repair insulator, pin type,porcelain, vitreous,white, brown or green of suitable size with clamp for conductor working pressure 33000 Volt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 34 S&F feeder Piller Box outdoor type single door front openable in two half not less than 1.20mx1.20mx1.00m made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet podwer coatedpaint in heatprocess of sheet, supported on angle iron frame 50x50x6mm having legs 1.2,mtr long groutedin PCC upto 60cm, aluminium bus bar 03 Nos rated capacity 200A (HT) duly insulated 11000 Volt grade for phases supported on HT porcelain insulator , PCC foundation 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 35 Re-stringing and re-connection of ACSR of any size duly binded with insulators, jumpers etc. (fixed on9/11mtr poles) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :- (i)The above work includes cleaning pruning of tree branches falling around the conductors (ii)One length shall be measured for complete span of 3/4/5/6 conductors & GI wire. 36 M&Lfor switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated, mounted on HT insulators (12 Insulators Vertical type operated) andMS galvanized steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level including operating rod for current rating up to 200 Amps 11000 volts complete with locking arrangement MS clamps, bolts and nuts and washers etc also including drop outexpulsion type of fuses with fuse barrels of required capacity to suit load at site including applying two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work and including taking down old switch air break gang operated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 37 M&L for switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated, mounted on HT insulators (09 Insulators Vertical type operated) andMS galvanized steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level including operating rod for current rating up to 200 Amps 11000 volts complete with locking arrangement MS clamps, bolts and nuts and washers etcalso including drop outexpulsion type of fuses with fuse barrels of required capacity to suit load at site including applying two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work and including taking down old switch air break gang operated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 38 Servicing the 11 KV GOD by cleaning the contact, disc/ pin insulator with CTC and applying the petroleum jelly at the contact point/ down rod links for smooth operation including replacing the rusted/ corroded bolts & nuts and defective insulator of GOD as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :- Insulator shall be measured and paid under relevant items of this schedule. 39 S&F Male/ Moving contact (set of 3 Nos) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 40 S&F Female/ Fixed contact (set of 3 Nos) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 41 S&F in repair Battery Charger of capacity 110Volt/20A (output), input 220Volt AC 10% Single Phase 50Hz Boost Current 20Amp - Float Current 2 Amp or as per battery requirement for 110 Volt battery bank of 100 AH cap type SMF complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 42 M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6type C-2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate for foundation of stay assembly struts or pole etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 43 M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate for coping around poles including necessary form work finishing even and smoth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 44 M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8type D-2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate in foundation of PCC pole/struts as specified including necessary form work finishing even and smoth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 45 M&L for cutting the existing bituminous road / hard standing to size not exceeding 45cm wide and depth not less than 45cm for passing of UG cable through GI pipe and making good the disturbed surface filled with excavated material and top 200mm depth with plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 46 S&Fin repair GI pipe light grade of dia 80 mm laying in road and along with poles for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 47 M&L for bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe40 mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre up to 2.5 meter of length from bottom , burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm alternate layer of chemical magnisium sulphate & salt up to ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing workand 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection including all necessary earth work, excavation, earth chamber with PCC 1:3:6, type C1 and RCC chamber cover of PCC 1:2:4 with handle and 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh etc and testing on completeand including taking down old earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 48 M&L for bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe40 mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre up to 2.5 meter of length from bottom , burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm alternate layer of chemical magnisium sulphate, Coal & salt up to ground level connected to 4mm GI wire as earthing lead up to cross arms by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing workand 15mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection including all necessary earth work, excavation, earth chamber with PCC 1:3:6, type C1 and RCC chamber cover of PCC 1:2:4 with handleetc and testing on and including taking down old earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 49 M&L for finding cable fault with electronic fault detector in LT/HT UG cable of any sizecomplete including earthwork and jointing cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 50 Removing grass and bushes including its roots growing at Substation yard/around the platefarm of transformer/ two poe/4 pole structure and keep the sub station yard/ plate farm areaneat and clean complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 51 M&L for painting to steel tubular pole 11mtrover head line and all MS clamps, cross arm work on poles with one coat of superior aluminium paint including necessary preparation of surfaces and painting of alternate strip with Black and red of 11 mtr, synthetic enamelled paint strip 05 Nos each of 30 cm height up to 1.5mtr above PCC benching/coping complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 52 Taking out existing broken/unserviceable stay assembly and supply and fixing new stay assembly complete with accessories and GI stay rod 20 mm dia 1900 mm long, stay wire 7/4 mm stranded galvanised including mild steel stay plate 300 mm X 300 mm x 6 mm and galvanised thimble, galvanised steel 14 mm dia 400 mm long stay bow and GI nuts, washers including loop type insulator vitreous porcelain white, brown or green big size with overall dimensions 90 mm x140 mm clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 1 of SSR part–I. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :- Excavation and concrete to be measured separately under respective items.
