Tender For Comprehensive Maintenance Of Electrically Operated Lift At Ins Parundu Under Ge Tirunelveli. 81462/E8.; 2 Comprehensive maintenance and repairs includingrenewal/ replacement of mechanical and proprietory items including Automatic rescue device (ARD) of electrically operated Goods lift make of JOHNSON ELEVATORS with a 1000 Kg capacityfor 3 stops/3 landings 0.5 m/sec speedserving ground floor and two upper floors installed at INS Parundu including attending break-down callswithout any extra charges and maintenance of log book of elevator for Fortnightly Maintenance,Monthly Maintenance,Quarterly maintenance and Yearly Maintenance complete all as specified anddirected.Make of Lift : M/s Johnson Lifts , Capacity : 1000 kg , Type of lift : Goods lift.Note:-(i) Rates are inclusive of labour charges for fixing the supply onlyitems considered hereinafter for comprehensive maintenance of above mentioned lift, operated where necessity only.(ii)The above lifts shall be repaired through OEM (Original manufacturer) or through their nearest authorised/accredited agency service personnel only.The contractor shall submit MoU from the OEM of lift before execution of work & same shall be approved before carrying out the work from GE. (iii) Cost of insurance of lifts are also to be included in the above price. 3 Supply only ARD Battery (12V-7.2AH) complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Supply only gear oil complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Supply only Main contactor 40 A , 230 V , 50 HZ , in the lift controller for display complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Supply only infrared door sensors 15A, 230V , 50 HZ , complete all as specified and as directed. 7 Supply only Motherboard down collective complete all as specified anddirected. 8 Supply only PF & RR Card 230V 50 Hz AC complete all as specified anddirected. 9 Supply only Over load warning devicecomplete all as specified anddirected. 10 Supply only Gate lock assembly complete all as specified anddirected. 11 Supply only limit switches complete all as specified and as directed. 12 Supply only ARD Mother Board complete all as specified anddirected. 13 Supply only door contact complete all as specified and directed. 14 Supply only 16Core 0.75 Sqmm flat Travelling cable 300/500 V complete all as specified and directed. 15 Supply only Counter guide shoe complete all as specified anddirected. 16 Supply only Single phase lift Controller transformer 300 VA (0-440)V/ (0-230/110/24/12)V complete all as specified and directed. 17 Supply only Landing door mechanism of size 1000 centre open door mechanism complete all as specified and as directed. 18 Schedule of credit amount brought back from Ser Page No.30- Rs. 18,978.00 will be deducted from the above quoted amount to derive the contract sum.
