(b) Removing all weeds and grass from its roots of the ground area. 2 Civil Work (a) Excavation upto 4” watering, compacting and dressing excavated giving a gradient of 1:120 towards one side depending where the main drainage is located (excavation level determines so as to keep the finished level min 04” above the surrounding areas)(b) Application of weed killer, anti-termite and soil stabilizer. (c) Providing and laying 6” thick WBM, in one layer of 4.5 with hand broken at site, the same will be compacted watered all the voids will be filled with kapchies and quarry soils and mohur rum. 3 volleyball 4 Synthetic Volleyball Court Cushioned Surface :-8 layer cushioned Surface of ACRYFLEX, approved by International Tennis Federation (ITF)(a) Layer of primer 367-20(b) 2 layer of Fileter/ Re-surface 367-30 is a 100% pure acrylic emulsion designed specifically for onsite mixing with silica sand. (c) 3 layer of cushion 367-40 of highly concentrated 100% pure acrylic latex emulsion mixed with granular rubber. (d) 2 layer Colour Coat 367-200m Pure Acrylic of color coat is a pigmented 100% pure acrylic emulsion mixed with quartz sand to produce long lasting for finish.(e) Court line marking with the approved paint as per international Tennis Federation (ITF). 5 Flood Light Two 20 Feet height MS Electric pole from ground level MS Medium pipe including square frame for lights make a square frame of MS pipe and install 02 each poles 500 watt halogen light including MCB/ copper Wire/ Switch Board etc. 6 Volleyball PolesVolleyball poles, net and other accessories 7 Referee ChairVolleyball referee chair
