Tender For Repair/Maintenance Of Dg Sets And Street/Security/ Periphery/Garden/ High Mast Lights, Post Top Lanterns At Ctw, Ins Vishwakarma, Bv Yard, Sru, Cqae And Mo(V) Old Areas Under Age E/M No-Ii Of Ge(U-I) Visakhapatnam.; 1 NOTES / INSTRUCTIONS FOR STRICT COMPLIANCE :-(a) The contractor shall obtain sample approval for all materials incorporating in the work as per condition 10 of IAFW-2249 and Special Condition 11 of tender document mentioned here-in-after.(b) The Engineer-in-charge may direct the contractor in writing to procure and deposit up to 50% quantity of the material with in 30 days from the date of commencment as required at site out of quantity to complete the scope of work. Remaining 50% shall be procured as per site requirement during progress of work.The decision shall be final and binding on the contractor.(c) The contractor shall deposit the procured material to the store of concerned subdivision within 30 days from the receipt of written direction. Failing which contractor shall liable to pay a penal recovery of Rs. 5000/- per week, levied on the dues of contractor, subject to maximum up to 10% of the work done/CA Amount whichever is higher.(d)The contractor shall obtain approval of “Qualified Tradesman” as per condition 26 of IAFW-2249 before commencement of work at site and shall have sufficient manpower such as Electrician / FGM / Technicianetc., readily available to meet the site requirement during emergency situation as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.(e) The quoted rates shall be inclusive of cost of necessary Tools, Plants, Safety Equipments, Machinery etc., as per site requirement. 2 Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying cables etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting outin soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 3 All as per Sl Item No. 2.00 here in before but depth exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3 m in depth. 4 Returning, filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing wheredirected at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L sand cushioning with clean and dry rever sand in trenches for protection of UG cable and including punning down complete all as specified and directed.
