AC/package type AC/Clod storage of capacity 3/3.5/4.5/8.5 of any make at different locations at Subroto Park, tersting the unit completge with the following tasks:-(a) Overhearting of servicing(b) Inspection opening washsing the condesnor coil and cooling coil with chemical followed with pressurized water jet complete.(c)Inspection of leakage of refrigerent in the system(d)Checking the operation of blower motor, condesnor morto and swing motor for noise free operations.(e) Oilling of condesnor/bloer motors and cheking the earth continuity.(f)Inspection of all electerical parts/connections and remove if any defect.(g) Checking the functinal of electronic remote control unit to ensure satisfactory functioning o funit complete all as specified and as directed by Engr phase 415V 50 Hz suitable for tower /verticool type AC of make Blue Star model No VCE421SE2 or as per existing including brazing of respective copper tubing incl providing of extra insulated copper tubing, leak check, dehydration of the system with compressed nitrogen, and gas charging upto required level testing the unit for satisfactory functioning complete all as specified and as directed. 25 (c) Sealing of all longitudinal joint and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) Securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon. 109 Supply & fixing in replacement of Refrigeration control wiring with copper conductor, PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, 1100V grade, single core / multi core of size 1.5/2.5 Sqmm, removing burned cables from existing position and replacement of multicore control wiring etc for interlocking arrangement as per standard practice with thermostat, humidistat, solenoid valve, blower motor, condenser fans, control wiring etc all as specified and as directed. 110 Supply and installation in replacement of voltage stabilizer capacity 5 KVA, AC supply 180 volt to 240 volts, 50 Hz fixing on wall all as specified and as directed. 111 M&L for replacement of condensor / Air filters in out door unit and AHU of ductable split AC 6.5 TR capacity including taking out unsv filters from existing position and fixing of new filters etc all as specified and as directed. 112 M&L for cleaning of AHU and duct of ductable split AC, taking out diffuser and removing of dirt particales, dust and other materials by using thinner or chemical with cleaning brush at any situation including necessary tools for cleaning of duct all as specified and directed. 113 S&F in replacement of diffuser in ductable split AC for existing size and shape before fixing contractor shall be taking out measurement of existing size including taking out unsv diffuser all as specified aand as directed. 114 S&F in replacement of stainer for AHU unit of Ductable split AC including taking down unsv items all as specified and directed.
